Went here this morning to treat myself to a coffee. I have gotten the same thing for years. Well today when I ordered they decided to completely ignore the fact I asked for oatmilk. So there was no cream or milk in the coffee just syrup and classic syrup. That coffee tasted awful. So after spending $8.41 on coffee I went home and threw the whole thing away! I won’t be going back here for coffee for a very long time since they don’t know how to listen to their customers. Also when I got to the window the girl completely ignored me for 5 min even though she had my coffee right beside her. Completely unprofessional. I used to love Starbucks but this one I won’t go back to. Maybe I need to travel back to the exit 7 one since they always did a great job and cared about their customers

Opinion unchanged as of July 12, 2025 rudest staff ever
I went to Starbucks this morning and ordered a coffee. After I pulled out...i noticed on my cup... their was a sticker. The sticker read...love has no gender. That just irrated me. And the reason being...is because I paid for that coffee. I don't agree with that lifestyle. I called the store and talked to Katie. She told me that she was the manager there. When I told her the problem that I had and ask her if the other Starbucks...were putting those stickers on their cups...her response was no...and that they took it upon themselves to get the stickers and put them on. Her last words were...I'm sorry my friend.😡😡😡

Just passing through staying at a nearby hotel, but I wish this was my regular Starbucks. I was first customer in the door when they opened, getting our coffees before getting in the highway, and the three young ladies working this morning were just delightful. So courteous and friendly, and energetic even at 5:30 a.m.! They surely got my day off to a wonderful start and I am certain they brighten everyone's day throughout their shift.
Skip the lousy breakfast and coffee at your hotel ... come here! Money well spent.

Ordered a mocha cookie frappé which wasn’t very good. Maybe it was just not for me. Brownie was decent and my daughter liked her dragon fruit refresher. Service was quick & staff was friendly.
Why order ahead if your order isn’t ready when you get there? Why order ahead if they have to brew your coffee when you get there. Multiple visits to Bristol area stores where they don’t have Dark Roast ready in the morning, but “can brew me some if that’s what I want”. Place was dead when I got there, yet they hadn’t started COFFEES.
