Honestly I’m a veteran a they don’t offer discounts ONLY to college kids which I find very disrespectful. I won’t ever come here again . Dunkin’ Donuts offers it for us . I use to always get my coffee there iced a now DD is my place an it’s cheaper a they have bigger cups .

In the middle of my roadtrip.. stopped here to ask for a cup of water.. I’ve been to Starbucks all over country, and world… I’ve never, not once, been asked to make a purchase first before getting a cup of water. Very strange. Welcome to Virginia, I guess?
My husband and I stopped here on our trip back home to PA. We were greeted immediately. I ordered my usual drink, a blonde vanilla latte. It was piping hot so I let it cool down a bit as we got back on the road. I took my first sip and realized there was zero vanilla syrup in my coffee. While I was charged 80 cents for the syrup I never got, it was super disappointing that we had been driving for hours and all I wanted was a good coffee to pick me up. A very simple order still somehow wasn’t correct. Needless to say my $7+ drink was wasted and I’m still without coffee.

We stopped at this Starbucks on our road trip home, and as always, it was a great experience. One of the reasons I love stopping at Starbucks during travel is the consistency, I know the drinks will be delicious, the service will be quick, and the bathrooms will be clean (which is a huge plus on long drives!).
I placed a mobile order for a Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino, and it was made perfectly, sweet, creamy, and just what I needed. I also grabbed three cake pops for the kids, and they were thrilled. The store was clean, well-organized, and my order was ready by the time I walked in.
Quick, reliable, and a nice little pick-me-up on the road, exactly what I expect from Starbucks and why I keep coming back.

My company orders from this Starbucks EVERYDAY twice a day for our whole crew as we are directly next door and this morning I walked over to ask to use the restroom waiting for the rest of our crew members to open the store and was interrogated as to weather I was going to make a purchase after I used the restroom and was told I couldn’t use it “I was going to make a purchase for a crew of more then 10” however I will NEVER purchase another Starbucks ANYTHING ever and will never stop telling people that come into our store how awful your customer service is.Dunkin Donuts was fantastic this morning and served my whole crew with a smile and was actually grateful for their tips!
