I updated this based on one employee(i forgot to do this the same day) I don't know her name but she has pink hair. An male employee got an in store order of 5 subs and had a customer behind the one he was making. So he went to the back to get her before he started on the 5 and she didn't show up until he was almost done with the 5 subs

I did a pick up order for a sub and 3 cookies. First, the sub wasn’t toasted which you can see on the receipt it says, “toasted.” Then, I only received 1 cookie when I ordered 3, and the one cookie I did receive was hard as a rock.

Hands down the best Subway in town. Always clean. Service is very prompt. Employees are always available and friendly. Food is almost always correct. Staff take care of the store and you here.

So for someone that's new here, I read the reviews and had 4.1 Stars. I'm here to tell you after today. I don't feel like it deserves that much. The one I went and knew there were three people standing there bored out of their wits with nothing to do. That being said, the one girl that was making my food seemed dry. You couldn't have got any drier than the Sahara desert. I ordered a 6-in meatball sub toasted. The other one a chicken bacon ranch three cookies. After almost $20 spent there got home. Both of my sandwiches were stale. There was only one slice of bacon on my bacon ranch chicken sub. My cookies. Let's don't even go there. They were hard and not fresh at all. I ordered three cookies, two chocolate chip, one oatmeal. The oatmeal one was okay. The others not so much. Is it too much to ask for a place to give you hot food when that was another thing, my sandwiches were toasted but certainly were not hot. The food didn't taste fresh. It really did a surprise since this place got a 4.1 star. I pay attention to ratings. I pay attention big time. I tried to call four or five times this evening to get a hold of somebody to talk and discuss about this issue. No one would answer the phone and on top of that you couldn't leave a voice message. So that being said, I will try again tomorrow morning. Today is Tuesday, November 18th. I have the receipt to prove what I ordered. So unless they fix this issue and make this right with hot fresh not stale food including the cookies for the 20 bucks that I spent, I will not be back. I will go to somewhere else. I'm a very harsh critic when it comes to food for one, it's not cheap to go out and eat these days. When you spend your hard-earned money you expect the best. You expect hot fresh food now. That being said, there are times. I understand that things happen and that's not okay, but it's acceptable under the circumstances. But this being the first time I've been there 4.1 Stars didn't seem like it and I'm not happy and even though I tried to call could not get in touch with anybody. Not good business especially when I know the place was not busy and the three people were standing around with nothing to do when I got there. I ordered an Italian sub at this location in Bristol, TN on Volunteer Parkway. The employee who prepared my sandwich was touching everything, did not wash her hands and did not wear gloves. When she asked about toppings, she used her hands to dig into them, fingernails first of course, contaminating every topping container she dug into. Because she was an older woman, I didn’t want her to get fired and there was another customer in the shop, I left speechless and decided to call the manager to request she reeducate her employees about hygiene in food preparation. I went to the shop on two different occasions and called on another occasion (during the day each time) and, again, there was no manager available. I took the sandwich and receipt back to the location, explained my issue and was told by an employee that the sandwich could not be replaced without the manager’s approval who, of course was not on duty and had to be called. My request was denied because the oil and vinegar on the sandwich had leaked onto the receipt and the date could not be read. The manager here did exactly the WRONG thing!! I could not believe that she refused to allow replacement of the sub. She must have a “work from home” job (mostly watching TV I’m guessing). I was neither rude or demanding but let staff know I would be posting a review which would be very negative. I don’t know how “managers” like this keep their jobs. I may still report this Subway to the Health Department or whoever they refer me to. I hope that sub was worth this review!

I waited over a hour. I had a mobile order that was supposed to be ready by 4:05 I asked them around 4:45 if they were making it and got a reply “have you looked at the pickup spot” I said “yes they’re not mine”. She acted so confused and very unprofessional about the incident. I had showed her the order she had no idea what to do . I asked if she could make it and it was a problem for her as someone else came in she started making theirs. Mind you I had been there for 50 minutes waiting. After she was done with his she started making mine. I had asked if she was actually making it, she came off saying “ what does it look like I’m doing” so I had walked back to the table 20 minutes later more customers show up she stops making my order and made theirs. I told her I have been here for an hour now waiting for food she said it wasn’t her problem. She was very very rude and unprofessional. I ended up getting food an hour and 6 minutes after waiting, and it was wrong she put extra stuff on it that I didn’t ask for. I do not recommend this place at all especially if the pink haired lady is working. She has no customer service skills what so ever .

We ordered three subs online, they some how got all three subs wrong. Two subs were hot subs and they were cold and not toasted at all. They put onions on a sub that someone is allergic to. One sub had no tomatoes. Worst experience with Subway thus far!

I used to get quality sandwiches from this subway, however lately when I order through the app, my sandwiches are completely wrong! you would have to be HIGH to get a list telling you what to add completely mixed up!! This place has gone downhill

Once I got to the stores to get my order noticed pink haired girl employee and bicycle boy sitting at table out front smoking. I was asked if I had an online order I replied yes she said it's in there. Then I went in the store by myself where she stayed at the table smoking her cigarette and talking to Bicycle boy as I walked out and asked about our drinks and other stuff she said there was no other stuff and no drinks. She was obviously wrong because our receipt says otherwise. I hope you are not paying her too much!
