The young lady that waited on me what's super-efficient courteous and kind. Hey folks be sure and tip your waiter. There's a way to do that on the system as you pay. These guys work so hard to please us.

We used to like Subway but they have really gone downhill. One of our steak and cheese sandwiches were made incorrectly and both were not good.

The two women that work there was rude and wouldn't let me finish my order then got hateful cause I ask if I could finish my order the two sub I order wasn't even what I order I got a BLT and they didn't put the bacon on it I wouldn't recommend this sub way

The young lady who served us was very friendly and cared about the customer needs and wants. After all... the customer is the one paying the bill. The customer should be able to request toasted or not for their sandwich. If you've visited Subway recently, you know what I'm talking about ? but our server was on top of what we asked for and took care of us properly. My sandwich was one of the best as far as I can remember. ? I'm definitely going back again as long as I receive the service I received on this visit. Giving 2?

I'm giving a two star review based on the store and how it operates. This being said it is this way for several I have been to in the last 6 months. The issue with the stores now is the employees can not keep up with customers in the store due to the amount of mobile orders coming in that they have to keep up with now. The walk in customers are suffering from this due to extreme wait times. I used to love going to subway on my lunch breaks and enjoying great food for a decent price. Now having to wait 40 mins to get my food from walk in to pay it's just not possible. The store needs to hire somebody at each store to just do mobile orders. So walk in customers can be served in a timely manner. Just a side note. $30 for two people to get subs is insane. I know prices have gone up on everything, however we used to be able to go in this store last year and both get foot long subs with drinks for less than $20. Very sad.
