I normally don’t have a problem coming here but tonight my husband and I went in and from the start our sandwich maker BECKY was very rude to us she was hateful and short with us asking us what we wanted on our sandwiches and got rude with the guy who walked in behind us she was trying to blame paying customers for her not being able to leave on time cause she had already cleaned everything prepped for morning shift but if the store is opened until 10 you should be rude to customers who come in 35 min before it take 2 seconds to make a sandwich and ring up customers
Had an online order on Friday night went to pick it up and the lady told me she ran out of half the ingredients. I ordered a pretzel did not receive it. I had a chicken bacon ranch sub, it did not even have bacon. I also had a bmt and I paid for extra meat did not get that, I asked for extra olives there was literally 2 on there because she said we waited too long to place an order even though it was 9pm and they are supposed to close at 10. The lady told me call Sunday to get a refund because that’s when the manger would be in. I have called 30 times in two days and I can’t get any answer. I wouldn’t recommend this subway to anyone!!!!!
We ordered the Boss six small meatballs, ordered extra meat on the chicken nacho subs one had no meat the other a couple pieces under two times the crunchy then will not take responsibility I have Pic of the sandwiches $45.41 for nothing

I was treated very rudely! Never acknowledged me! Stood there 10 min. no one ever looked at me or spoke to me!!!
I did an online order and the receipt plainly says toasted but for the 2nd time it wasnt

The people are good and the food us good. However 2 things (and this coming from a former Ops Director for a $4mil restaurant) 1) they NEVER staff very well. Always only 2 people working and when they get a bunch if online order it's boggs EVERYTHING down and you spend more time waiting. I end up leaving most of the time if there are more than 3 people ordering. And 2) they are out if some sort of ingredients all the time. Why? Probably bc short staffed and can't keep up with the prep work, cleaning, and serving customers. SUBWAY YOU NEED INVEST IN 1 MORE STAFF AT LEAST!! You may even see an increase in sales and satisfaction with speed of service? #dobetter

Waited 15 minutes without being acknowledged while the one employee finished a mobile order. When it did come to our turn, the footling I ordered was supposed to be half plain half lettuce pickle. After telling her this, the worker put lettuce down the whole sandwich and then "apologized" and tried to cover it up with sauce. No mayo on our second sub like we asked for. WILL NOT BE BACK

My sister wanted a sub. Not to busy. After 6pm. The guy kept complaining about running out of ingredients soon. The sub menu said avocado slices, he put guacamole on it. Not returning.

It's like this specific store absolutely refuses to answer the damn phone no matter what time of day. I called 15 times over the course of an hour with no answers and some straight to voice-mail its absolutely ridiculous and Managemnet needs to do something about this location. I and others have 30 minutes lunches not 30 minutes to wait for 3 sandwiches to he made.
