The past two times I've been, there were gnats flying around everywhere. When they raise the cover to make the sandwich, gnats come flying out. The service is like the prize in a cracker jack box, you never know what you're going to get.

My brother and I placed two separate orders through the Subway app and showed up at the pickup time. As soon as I walked in, the older woman behind the counter, Gene, was already fussing at her coworker for making the same sandwich she was making. She was really scolding him — it was awkward to watch. The guy honestly seemed like he was just doing his job and seemed he'd probably had to put up with this kind of treatment all the time.

While I waited, she started bagging my order and yelled across the store at me, motioning with her head to come over. I didn’t move — don’t call me over like that. She ended up walking over to hand me both orders, very slowly. I must've pissed her off with that one.

As I was walking out, she turned to the customer behind me and asked what he wanted. He didn’t hear her, and instead of just repeating herself, she snapped, “I said WHAT CAN I GET YOU, and you just gave me a death stare — I don’t know what that was about.” That sealed it for me. I got her name from her coworker and decided to leave this review. I also plan to speak with the owners directly since I actually work in the same corporate office building they do. I only came to this location to support them, but that kind of attitude makes it hard to want to come back.

I normally don’t have a problem coming here but tonight my husband and I went in and from the start our sandwich maker BECKY was very rude to us she was hateful and short with us asking us what we wanted on our sandwiches and got rude with the guy who walked in behind us she was trying to blame paying customers for her not being able to leave on time cause she had already cleaned everything prepped for morning shift but if the store is opened until 10 you should be rude to customers who come in 35 min before it take 2 seconds to make a sandwich and ring up customers

Had an online order on Friday night went to pick it up and the lady told me she ran out of half the ingredients. I ordered a pretzel did not receive it. I had a chicken bacon ranch sub, it did not even have bacon. I also had a bmt and I paid for extra meat did not get that, I asked for extra olives there was literally 2 on there because she said we waited too long to place an order even though it was 9pm and they are supposed to close at 10. The lady told me call Sunday to get a refund because that’s when the manger would be in. I have called 30 times in two days and I can’t get any answer. I wouldn’t recommend this subway to anyone!!!!!

We ordered the Boss six small meatballs, ordered extra meat on the chicken nacho subs one had no meat the other a couple pieces under two times the crunchy then will not take responsibility I have Pic of the sandwiches $45.41 for nothing

The people are good and the food us good. However 2 things (and this coming from a former Ops Director for a $4mil restaurant) 1) they NEVER staff very well. Always only 2 people working and when they get a bunch if online order it's boggs EVERYTHING down and you spend more time waiting. I end up leaving most of the time if there are more than 3 people ordering. And 2) they are out if some sort of ingredients all the time. Why? Probably bc short staffed and can't keep up with the prep work, cleaning, and serving customers. SUBWAY YOU NEED INVEST IN 1 MORE STAFF AT LEAST!! You may even see an increase in sales and satisfaction with speed of service? #dobetter

Waited 15 minutes without being acknowledged while the one employee finished a mobile order. When it did come to our turn, the footling I ordered was supposed to be half plain half lettuce pickle. After telling her this, the worker put lettuce down the whole sandwich and then "apologized" and tried to cover it up with sauce. No mayo on our second sub like we asked for. WILL NOT BE BACK
