The people are good and the food us good. However 2 things (and this coming from a former Ops Director for a $4mil restaurant) 1) they NEVER staff very well. Always only 2 people working and when they get a bunch if online order it's boggs EVERYTHING down and you spend more time waiting. I end up leaving most of the time if there are more than 3 people ordering. And 2) they are out if some sort of ingredients all the time. Why? Probably bc short staffed and can't keep...

It's like this specific store absolutely refuses to answer the damn phone no matter what time of day. I called 15 times over the course of an hour with no answers and some straight to voice-mail its absolutely ridiculous and Managemnet needs to do something about this location. I and others have 30 minutes lunches not 30 minutes to wait for 3 sandwiches to he made.
