I went in this Subway this morning to get my son a sub and was very disappointed in the service I got from the man that worked there. I don't know his name. I can only describe him. He is covered in tattoos. He made me feel like it was an inconvenience to him to wait on me. There was no one else in the store. The sub he made was a sorry excuse for a sub. I asked for salt, pepper, and parmesan cheese to be put on a sub and he barely put any of those on there. The pretzel he made barely had an salt put on it. Then he forgot my cookies and I had to ask for them. I understand people are busy getting things done behind the scenes but when there is a paying customer standing there you should never make them feel like an inconvenience. I was the only customer in the store. This is not the first time he has acted this way. It has been every single time I have went in there and he waited on me. Learn some soft skills man and be nice to paying customers!!

I watched the lady make my meatball sub! I got home and had the guy in front of me BLT🤬🤬🤬. How in the heck did my sandwich get pushed in with his order and I got part of his! I have tried multiple times to call them! They will not answer the phone! So I had to post on here! I live on the TN side it’s snowing and I am not going back except for the sub they owe me!

They always screw up online orders and never answer the phone when you call to make it right. Most unprofessional subway I’ve ever had to deal with.

Stopped here for a quick bite to eat on a road trip. I do not recommend this location. I came on Sunday, 12/15 at 11:45. The store was busy, but the attendants were very rude. They seemed unhappy to have customers and sighed at every request that was made. The gentleman in front of me ordered 4 footlongs and the attendant inly made one, when he asked for 3 more there was visible sighs and frustration from the attendant.
When I asked for 2 veggie sandwiches, gloves were not changed despite having just handled bacon on a prior order in front of me.
I asked for one footlong to be toasted and was again met withbsigh and ungly facial expressions. I asked for guacamole on one sandwich and was chastised by the chasier and attendant for not asking earlier, despite the guacamole dish being at the end with the condiments. They refused to spread it and again grumbled under their breaths. It is disappointing to spend $18 on food and feel like they would have rather that I didn't order at all. Bathrooms were okay and restaurant was clean and orderly. Hoping the manager is able to get better help soon.
The food was great, but I'm leaving a 1 star review because of the overcharge on water (there is no way a paper cup full of ice and water should cost as much as a bottled drink @ 2.49 each). We purchased 3 foot long subs, a foot long cookie, and I told them we wanted 3 ice waters. We picked up 3 medium PAPER cups and filled them with ice and water from the drink machine. The order was a little more than $50.00, but I had a coupon for 3 subs for $17.99, which brought the total to $29 and change. We eat 1/2 our sub and take the other half home for supper, and while eating, I got to thinking they must have overcharged me because the cookie was only $5. I looked at the receipt, and they had charged me for 3 bottled sodas for a total of $7.47... so I took the receipt to the counter and told the lady they charged me wrong. She replied, ANY DRINK YOU GET IN THE STORE IS THE SAME PRICE. IF YOU GET ONE OF THEIR CARDBOARD CUPS, IT IS THE SAME AS A BOTTLED DRINK. WE PAID $7.47 FOR 3 ICE WATERS!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

A few weeks ago we ordered 4 footlong sandwiches on the app. We got home and realized that every sandwich was made wrong. I checked the receipt because I thought maybe it was my mistake, but it was not. If it had just been one mistake I could understand, but not one sandwich we ordered was made correctly. Everything from the bread, meat, vegetables, and sauces were completely wrong. I was hopeful that it was a one time mistake, but unfortunately, the order we placed this evening was not any better. I ordered a cold cut combo sandwich with Italian Herbs and Cheese bread, toasted, with vegetables and extra oil and vinegar. The bread was wrong, the only meat on the sandwich was bologna, it was NOT toasted, and there was no oil and vinegar. Again, I checked the receipt and it was not a mistake on my end. This is unacceptable when our family of 5 is spending the amount of money we are on sandwiches that are never made the way we order them. We will not be ordering from this Subway location in the future. Save your time and go to another location.

Went in about 2PM and there was only one person working. Despite being slammed with multiple customers the girl making the sandwiches kept a good professional altitude. She said she loves her job and dealing with most customers. Management needs to get her some help or heaven forbid come and help themselves.
