Apparently the manager doesn’t know what comes on a #10 All American Sub!! Cause she is the one that made my sandwiches! Drove 15 minutes home after picking up my food, only to bite into an All American without ham & turkey but chicken instead. Drove back and was told the only thing they can do is remake the sandwich. No voucher or gift card for me going 30 minutes back out of my way just to get my sandwich remade!!!

My mom has had multiple online orders with specific details and they refuse to follow instructions and to top it off they know my mom and how she orders her food. Not happy at all! Plus when you try to call and get ahold of someone they won’t answer the phone! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!

We had so much fun and enjoyed our subs. We decided on turkey bacon, tuna, and veggie delite. Becky and Gale are sandwich artists.

The woman working is working sick an yet making everyone's sandwiches..This is how germs are spread. Stay home when sick!!!!!!!!
I went in this Subway this morning to get my son a sub and was very disappointed in the service I got from the man that worked there. I don't know his name. I can only describe him. He is covered in tattoos. He made me feel like it was an inconvenience to him to wait on me. There was no one else in the store. The sub he made was a sorry excuse for a sub. I asked for salt, pepper, and parmesan cheese to be put on a sub and he barely put any of those on there. The pretzel he made barely had an salt put on it. Then he forgot my cookies and I had to ask for them. I understand people are busy getting things done behind the scenes but when there is a paying customer standing there you should never make them feel like an inconvenience. I was the only customer in the store. This is not the first time he has acted this way. It has been every single time I have went in there and he waited on me. Learn some soft skills man and be nice to paying customers!!
I would definitely not recommend this location, we were the only ones there so it's not like it's busy and the guy working was extremely rude and very unpleasant

I watched the lady make my meatball sub! I got home and had the guy in front of me BLT🤬🤬🤬. How in the heck did my sandwich get pushed in with his order and I got part of his! I have tried multiple times to call them! They will not answer the phone! So I had to post on here! I live on the TN side it’s snowing and I am not going back except for the sub they owe me!
