My favorite thing is the chalupa they're usually stale and hard rarely fresh so I don't eat there too often sometimes I take a chance. I also like the Mexican pizza which they usually put in the bottom of the bag and put everything else on top of it so I get mashed up pizza . So I don't eat there too often

I want to give a shout-out to a special employee at the Bristol, TN Taco Bell location on the Volunteer Parkway. Kathryn Mays has worked at this location for 35 years even before it opened. She should be rewarded HIGHLY by the Taco Bell Corporation. Loyalty to a company like this deserves recognition and a very substantial BONUS+. Absolutely terrible service and the there was lots of items left out of my order. They had no regards to pay attention that I was standing at the counter wanting the rest of my meal. I definitely don't recommend and won't be back.

Edit: 2024 and it's definitely improved since my last review.
Decent food but more than a handful of times they've left food out of my bag that I've ordered and paid for.
After I ate it,I threw up all nite,good to clean u out

First the girl at the window handed me my drink and watched me drink it with a snicker, it was ROOTBEER instead of Dr Pepper. I almost vomited. So when I told her she said "oh was it" with a smile on her face. Handed me my dr pepper unbeknownst to me she put my lid on half assed and my drink spilled all over my car. When I got to the drive in theater to hand out all the food, there was no nacho chips and my food had lettuce on it. I was unable to go back right then because I had brought a bunch of kids to the movie and it was starting soon. Every time we order here something is wrong. I usually check before I pull out because IT ALWAYS WRONG but I didn't have time to today because we needed to get to the drive in. I used to work at this exact location so I get the drill, but damn yall it only takes a little bit of effort to get it right and double check before you send it out. Let me add, they were NOT busy only 2 ppl in drive thru maybe 2 inside
I am beyond mad.. I will never and I mean NEVER eat at taco bell on Volunteer Parkway again.. there was a dead bee in my food and I happen to have a bee allergy I am highly allergic.. yes they gave me the $7 back and said they was trying to keep the bees out but that doesn't amount to a pile of beans..I will be contacting the health depth and a lawyer..
