I knew I was making a mistake but tried anyway, half the order was wrong and missing 12 dollars of items. Why can't they ever get it right ! So definitely not worth what I paid.

This evening some lady stood at counter trying to get free food , we all heard her , im pretty sure a worker used his debit card and paid for something. and she layed across end where you pick up food , all sweaty looking when she moved you could see where her arms layed . I want be back for a long time after this.

This is the worst taco bell location I've ever been to. Hailey Hudson is the worst manager I've ever interacted with. Countless wrong orders and most recently we ordered for delivery through the taco bell app. The order that was delivered was for the wrong person. We contacted the restaurant and was told to bring the order back and we did. Apparently Hailey Hudson told the staff at Taco Bell that they can't remake the order or they will be short money. We paid $52 for our order but us being out money is no concern of Hailey.
We contacted corporate office and they are sending us a refund. So Hailey you are still out the money for the food. This is the most incompetent staff I've ever seen at a restaurant. Even the management can't figure out what proper customer service is

One of the Best in the area. We've been to quite a few. Food is always fresh. We do tend to customize but even the non customized items are delicious. The protein is always suffice as well. We have also been there at different times of the day. Now when we go to other locations we wish we would have waited to come here.

Everytime I come to this taco bell location they mess up. I ordered a rootbeer got dr.pepper my nachos fries were cold and I didnt get napkins. The last time I was there they had coworkers off work just hanging out and distracting the ones who was working and they cared more to visit then help the customers. Don't recommend this taco bell
My favorite thing is the chalupa they're usually stale and hard rarely fresh so I don't eat there too often sometimes I take a chance. I also like the Mexican pizza which they usually put in the bottom of the bag and put everything else on top of it so I get mashed up pizza . So I don't eat there too often

I want to give a shout-out to a special employee at the Bristol, TN Taco Bell location on the Volunteer Parkway. Kathryn Mays has worked at this location for 35 years even before it opened. She should be rewarded HIGHLY by the Taco Bell Corporation. Loyalty to a company like this deserves recognition and a very substantial BONUS+. Absolutely terrible service and the there was lots of items left out of my order. They had no regards to pay attention that I was standing at the counter wanting the rest of my meal. I definitely don't recommend and won't be back.
