ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE NOT ONCE BUT TWICE!! We gave them a second chance and the EXACT same thing happened. We waited for our food for over an hour and then when we asked to speak to a manager it took 20 minutes for someone to come by. We have young children who were starving and I had to have my husband leave and take them to Zaxby’s across the street while I waited to figure out everything here. If it happened once I could understand, they might have been short handed or just crazy busy but twice? The exact same thing?
WE WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION! Unfortunately, I personally know of a half dozen other families who have said they also had a TERRIBLE experience here.

Our server Sammy was an absolute pleasure, so sweet & even though it was her 1day official day she was knowledgeable of the menu & she met all of our needs! Def will be asking for her again

I love Texas Roadhouse. This one's pretty decent but it's busy as always. Definitely do call ahead seating. My only complaint is the happy birthday obnoxiousness they do. Just something you put up with if you come here but everything else is always consistently good.

I pay for extra bacon on my burger every time. I have yet to receive it. Idk why I pay for it at this point. I'm lucky enough to get a cup of burger toppings about half the time. I always think, "Give it one more chance." Your chances are slim now. I'm tired of throwing money away. No matter how good the burgers are, they are mediocre at best without the toppings.

Extremely busy. Waitress was overwhelmed. Appetizer, salads, rolls and food arrived at the same time 30 minutes after ordering.
Horrible carpet was nasty bathroom filthy burned steak couldn't even fix a proper drink over poured the waitress was a little rude pushy young lady the side dish was cold and had macaroni sauce stuck on the side of the dish I've traveled a lot but this place was filthy I would not even give one star bad bad service and bad food not recommend it at all

I last dined at this TR in August. I couldn't say enough good things then. I looked forward to my visit tonight after a long drive & another to come tomorrow. I was very disappointed. At the beginning, our waitress seemed quite attentive. We were greeted promptly, our order was taken quickly, & drinks & salads arrived as ordered. And then things went down hill. I ordered a 6 oz filet medium well with sweet potato. My dining partner ordered a 8 oz NY Strip medium with steak fries. My steak came out well done, my partner's came out medium well & was extremely fatty, & the fries were cold & tough like shoe leather. Our waitress didn't deliver our meal, which I know happens at times, but she NEVER came back to check on us despite passing our table (we couldn't get her attention) & even picking up a dish (we still couldn't catch her attention). We gave up & ate what we could since we were tired & just wanted to get to our hotel. When our waitress was finally able to be flagged down (she didn't come to us without prompting) & we told her the issue, all she said was do you want to speak to a manager. The manager came to our table & we repeated everything. He asked if we wanted a recook & we explained that at this point it was too late. He asked what he could do then. (I never leave bad reviews unless warranted, & I always try to be understanding. But at this point, I was amazed that he couldn't come up with a solution on his own.) I wasn't looking for a free meal, but at the same time, I feel some kind of compensation was warranted. The only item the manager was willing to comp was the fries. I KNOW TR can do better. Maybe it was an off night?? But after a long day on the road, I expected more.
