Food was okay mac and cheese was bland. But the seating was ridiculous we had 9 people and they put us in a booth that we was so cramped and couldn't even move to be able to eat. If yall can not accommodate large party's then you need to hang it up because sitting in thoes big booths with 9 people is beyond ridiculous. And uncomfortable. I know yall half to make money but taking big party's and setting like that was not okay. Doing that just tells me yall just trying to make money. Also the restrooms was nasty as well and we are very disappointed.

I visited Texas Roadhouse in Bristol Virginia on Saturday July 19th around 11AM. I was promptly greeted and taken to my table. Raegyn was my server and she was absolutely amazing. She was very polite and always made sure my drinks stayed full and that I was completely satisfied during my time there. The kitchen staff were also amazing with getting my food out hot and cooked to perfection. Just a very good overall experience at this location.

Always love eating at Texas Roadhouse. Our server Shannon was amazing. Our baked potato's were good and my daughter's steak was good. Boneless wings were very crispy almost like crumbs.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE NOT ONCE BUT TWICE!! We gave them a second chance and the EXACT same thing happened. We waited for our food for over an hour and then when we asked to speak to a manager it took 20 minutes for someone to come by. We have young children who were starving and I had to have my husband leave and take them to Zaxby’s across the street while I waited to figure out everything here. If it happened once I could understand, they might have been short handed or just crazy busy but twice? The exact same thing?
WE WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION! Unfortunately, I personally know of a half dozen other families who have said they also had a TERRIBLE experience here.

Our server Sammy was an absolute pleasure, so sweet & even though it was her 1day official day she was knowledgeable of the menu & she met all of our needs! Def will be asking for her again

I love Texas Roadhouse. This one's pretty decent but it's busy as always. Definitely do call ahead seating. My only complaint is the happy birthday obnoxiousness they do. Just something you put up with if you come here but everything else is always consistently good.

I pay for extra bacon on my burger every time. I have yet to receive it. Idk why I pay for it at this point. I'm lucky enough to get a cup of burger toppings about half the time. I always think, "Give it one more chance." Your chances are slim now. I'm tired of throwing money away. No matter how good the burgers are, they are mediocre at best without the toppings.
