My friends and I went tonight to have an enjoyable dinner together. We were seated and the server identified herself as Ally. She got us our drinks, appetizers and our meals, and that was all she did. We were not give. The complimentary bread, we had to flag her down and continue to ask her for refills, missing food, butter for bread, and when she gave us our checks, they were incorrect. I had to ask another staff member to assist in getting help to fix our checks. When he stopped her I could hear she had an attitude. Once we were able to pay, and went to leave she had made a comment “Thank you for harassing me and not tipping.” I didn’t appreciate her smart remark. She was never there, and she didn’t deserve a tip when my table had to rely on other staff to do her job for us. No one said a cross word to her. All she had to do was keep a check that we had drinks and all our food.

I’m only giving it a 1 because of our server . It was horrible . Idk his name but he was a skinny blonde guy with a tattoo behind his ear .we come here a lot but last night yesterday was my 50 birthday my husband told him that as I was ordering a alcoholic drink . Then he asked for id he didn’t even look he glanced ansaid I had to just in case u was from abc liquor so he didn’t get fined . My husband said did you see her date ? He laughed a said yes it’s she birthday . Nothing at the end . He came by a few times and that was it . Then I asked for the rib eye w bone it I got the T bone which I never asked for it .i ate it I was hungry , then later I still waited to see if I was gonna at least get what two other people got . One was 69 a the other was 21 . Rode a “ seat “ for a bull . I on the other hand didn’t get nothing . This was crazy . I was so disappointed and disgusted . Then I asked for this drink , he come back a told me they couldn’t change the alcohol in the special made drinks ??? What lmao I use to be a bartender yes they can to make customers happy !! So we are gonna file a fraud with my bank . This was the worst birthday ever . I will make sure that I call corporate an the mgr today !!

Shannon did an amazing job. I had several dietary questions & she was very willing to get the answers for me. She brought us hot fresh bread and service was fast. The facility was neat & clean Music is a lil loud for me and it took a little longer before someone acknowledged my party of 3 and it wasn't at a busy hour. However, overall the food was good and worth it.

Dinner at the bar is always enjoyable for us. The service was great, no wait to sit, and the food is always tasty.
Our food was absolutely delicious and our server, Sheany, was absolutely the best! She's literally the best server that we have ever had at Texas Roadhouse! She's polite, and on top of it! She definitely knows her job inside and out! Our steaks were cooked to perfection and everything was great!!!!!

This is why I stopped adding tips to online to-go orders. I placed an order online. I arrived 15 minutes before the order ready time. I stood in the lobby area 10 minutes before I realized that my order was already sitting on the shelf getting cold. I went to ask for assistance but couldn't find anyone. Another 10 minutes passed before someone showed up. After getting my food, I discovered that all of it was ice cold. Since I'm a truck driver, I didn't have time to turn around and go back. Just $33 down the drain
