Very good food. Workers were nice and fast with the order. The food was fresh and hot. I highly recommend trying this restaurant. And trying the Bacon Double Stack Burger. Its the best Burger I've ate at a fast food restaurant. Ive read some very bad reviews but so far our service and food has been great. Went through the drive thru. I ordered a Hamburger plain no cheese. First thing after I got my receipt I noticed the person who took the order had it wrong. I got my order and checked it and of course it was a cheeseburger plain. I told the guy at the window it was wrong and he didn't listen to what I said. He told them to fix a wrap with no cheese. I tried to tell him that wasn't correct through the window but he didn't listen. He came back with a wrap. I then told him again I needed a single plain no cheese. A manager then came to the window with a hamburger no cheese with everything. I then drove back around and went inside. The same manager asked how she could help. I told her I needed a hamburger plain no cheese. Just the hamburger patty and the bun. I said this is the 3rd time trying to get this correct while I checked the order to make sure it was correct. They made it right but they need to listen and pay attention to what is being ordered.

I went for a Taco Salad last night ticket #3349 restaurant #00010925 Volunteer Parkway Bristol, Tn. I was served the slimiest, nastiest, grossed salad EVER for $9.28. It looked like a Science project. I had to drive ALL the way back and go in this time instead of the drive thru. I ask for a salad that was fresh. The lady looked into the frig were they are stored shook her head but didn't trash the other nasty ones they planned on serving but did request for me a new one fresh made as I requested. Was scared to eat it even because the man that made it was highly pissed when he brought it from the back. I never got an apology for my trouble, no manager spoke to me to apologize. Stood there forever and when I ask for a small cup for a drink since I had been waiting so long that was refused. I shall never eat there again. Times are tough and just to come home still scared to eat what they gave me because they were pissed is sad. Lesson learned $9.28 down the drain 😔 threw it away as well as my relationship with them.

They had a bus full of athletes come in. One register open it took 30-45 minutes to just place our order.

Ordered a burger and fries and my total was a little over $12 get home and realized that I was charged over $18 and they added biscuits and gravy and a Cinnabon thing to my order. I did NOT ask for it.

The overall experience was horrible. The manager on duty was incredibly rude and seemed annoyed when we told her what we wanted. When the order was wrong and we called back they were once again rude and accusing us of being wrong.
