“We were on the hunt for a wine bar on a beautiful Sunday afternoon and stumbled upon Nicewonder Vineyards’ Tasting Room — and we are so glad we took the chance! What started as a spontaneous stop quickly became a standout experience, thanks to the warm welcome and outstanding service from Joyce and Chef Tyler.

Joyce was an absolute delight — knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our visit memorable. Chef Tyler brought an unexpected and wonderful energy to the table. His table-side presence and passion for enhancing our tasting experience added such a personal and elevated touch. He’s a fantastic addition to the Nicewonder brand and made each bite feel intentional and special — from the house-made pickles (so good!) and salmon bites, to the flavorful beef crostini and the super grazeable pretzel charcuterie. The entire tasting felt curated with care and creativity. We ended our visit on a high note with the apple butter bread pudding — rich, luxurious, and absolutely unforgettable.

We especially loved the KDN Reserve (a gorgeous red) and the crisp, elegant Blanc de Blanc — both were exceptional and perfectly showcased the quality of the vineyard.

We’re already planning our return visit to explore the main dining room — and maybe even a weekend stay to soak in more of what this beautiful property has to offer. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an elevated and welcoming wine experience.“

“Yesterday was my first visit to this lovely winery. We enjoyed the many wines we tasted, the delicious cheese board and the live music. The staff were so friendly and knowledgeable about the wines and food. The grounds are beautiful and such a relaxing and welcoming environment. I am feom California and have been to Napa several times... Nicewonder by far, has any of those other wineries beat. I cannot wait to go again. who know there was such a gem, just an hours drive.“
