Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I had a great experience at Zaxby’s of Bristol, but it was clear the establishment was running with minimal staffing. It took about 22 minutes to get my food after ordering, and the manager appeared to be handling almost everything while more guests continued to come in.

The food itself was fresh, hot, and flavorful—worth the wait once it arrived. The atmosphere, however, felt hectic and overwhelming due to the long wait times and steady crowd. As a substitute to Chick-fil-A, Zaxby’s is a solid option, although I did notice the sandwiches appear to be significantly smaller by comparison.

I want to give high praise to the manager I observed. Even in what was clearly a stressful situation, he maintained a calm demeanor and showed professionalism throughout. It was impressive to see someone handle that kind of pressure while still treating customers with respect.

I’ll definitely consider coming back, but next time I might plan around when Chick-fil-A is open to see if the crowds are a little less hectic.

I’ve at at sit down restaurants and gotten my food faster than this place. 5 cars in drive through and nobody in the store yet I waited over 20 minutes to get through the drive through.

The people running this place are a complete joke. Placed my online order almost an hour ago. Been waiting for over 30 minutes now to get my food. Ridiculous!!!

I am a big fan of this restaurant since 2011. But now i can say good luck and good bye forever. I have tried multiple branch and it definitely the quality food was reduced a-lot. Also, it is very obvious that employees are careless and they don’t kind of motivation that we used to see in zaxbys old time ago. Finally, prices are very hight considering the existing similar restaurant

Says it's open at 10am. It is not open at 10:20am. Door is locked and nobody is inside.

Turning the lights off at 9:35pm when yall close at 11 is wild.

Rude employees half standing around doing absolutely nothing but gossiping and I 3rd of them hitting on some new guy qs they're all ignoring the costumers at the counter..... the sweet tea wasn't even sweet tea It was two unsweetened teas in the lobby.... when I asked if anyone was working the front a girl got very rude and disrespectful all while holding her phone and texting. Only one guy asked if everything was OK and he offered to not only add sugar to the tea but filled my cup w tea (SWEET TEA)

Every single time I go here, I tell them NO FRIES instead of fries I want slaw. Ok maybe the first couple of times messing it up was ok but this literally happens every single time. So this time I ordered online hoping that there wouldn't be any confusion and I get home and they gave me fries again. Checked the receipt and it was right. So will be giving them a call in the morning. But nothing else bad to say. Food is always good.

For a fast food restaurant this one had the best customer service I've ever experienced anywhere. We were greeted as we walked in and out server Charlotte went above and beyond her duties to take care of us the food was great but will be remembered by the excellent service we were given. 5 stars to Charlotte, your friendliness, kindness and professionalism is what is need for all customers server employees.

ask Brandon about the lemonade. He put lemonade in my chicken wash!!
