Brandon and his crew very friendly and the restaurant looked cleaner than I’ve ever seen it. Shoutout to Jube, the order taker very friendly.

When I normally go to Zaxby's I'm excited, but today was the first time I've ever got chicken from any Zaxby's that wasn't hot and this chicken tasted old. These company's have to do better because food isn't cheap.

My first ever visit to a Zaxbys where I was disappointed with my meal. I ordered the Signature sandwich, and the chicken wasn't what I've come to expect. This won't keep me from visiting a location again when I'm back down south, but it wasn't an awesome meal.

Food and Drive Thru service was good. I had trouble with the menu board, layout confusing. They are really pushing the family pack items, trying to sort through to the single entrees took some time. Probably would be a good idea to look at an online menu before using drive thru

We went thru the drive thru, ordered 2 salads with NO BACON- both needed up with bacon, then in the middle of eating the salad my daughter found a strange hair in hers!!
Why they don’t require hair nets on ALL KITCHEN EMPLOYEES!!! It puts a different opinion on Zaxby’s preferred salads!!

Waited 30 mins in the drive thru for ok food but I will say seem short handed the woman on drive thru 6/12/24 went above and beyond to remain positive in a seemingly underemployed environment she should be managing the store

Ordered through drive-thru. Order was filled incorrectly although we were charged for what we ordered. Called back and the fellow who answered the phone was too busy to even listen. He asked my name 3 times and got it wrong 3 times. This is the worst zaxbys I've been to. I won't visit this zaxbys again.
