We have been coming to Zaxbys for a very long time, but tonight, at the cabelas drive establishment, the food was just awful. This area store is very disappointing and for what my husband paid for dinner tonight, we felt like we were basically ripped off. It was nearly 30.00 and was not near what we expected. My husband's too proud to go back to the store tonight an say anything but it would have been nice to have enjoyed our dinner, being able to eat a hot meal instead of cold pizza

Ordered on line and this is the 2nd time this has happened. Ordered 6 tenders and only got 4 . No ranch or Zax sauce . So I paid $15 for half a meal .

Went through drive thru for an order of fries, got the nastiest coldest food! If you simply want fries or chicken it should be fresh every time!

Nice atmosphere for a fast food place. Friendly service, but the soap machine in the bathroom had a dead battery that should have been a red flag that the staff lacks attention to detail as it has an indicator showing battery levels. I ordered the Zak snack, fist time eating at a Zaxbys in a while. We have bushes and canes where I'm from. The chicken was awful. It was somehow overcooked and undercooked at the same time. It was stringy and tough on the inside and soggy on the outside. The portion was smaller than I remembered. I've had better gas station chicken.

I got 2 orders of chicken bacon ranch loaded fries and there was no ranch no bacon and a tiny amount of cheese and chicken. I was super disappointed. I went back in and showed them and instead of remaking them how they should be I was handed a ramekin of cheese and a side of ranch.

If you want traditional wings go somewhere else. They never have them or force you to wait 20 minutes for them.
I have visited this location 5x in the past few months and every time we walk away and go somewhere else.
Today was the last time I will ever try to go there and it's sad because it used to be my favorite restaurant.

If I could rate this place less then 1...I would! This was mine and my families first and last experience at Zaxby's! This was by far the worst dinning experience I've ever had! Definantly not worth the 70.00 we paid for pathetic food and terrible service. My chicken sand was cold and tough...only had 2 pickles that were less then dime sized...when we ask for extra pickles....we were charged for them and the manager threw them on the tray with a shitty attitude! But to make a big deal out of some pickles after we just paid 70.00 for some shitty food....that's ridiculous. Then the entire time we ate in the dinning room....there were employees at a table behind us having a meeting of some sort and they were arguing the entire time! I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!!
