I ordered Arby's for the first time in over a decade and am happy I did! I placed my order online for pickup and found great deals at the Bristow location. The food was ready quickly, packaged well, and hot/delicious.
Update 4/1/2025: Last 3 visits have been 100% better, putting 4 stars on the review now. Management has definitely made some changes in the staff, which was the best thing they could do.
Been here 6 times in the past month testing the staff as I assumed my 1st and 2nd visit mishaps were a simple mistake. However, they have missed items every single time except once. Management needs to get ahold of their awful staff, I hope they will reach out regarding...

Arby's food is good and is a nice change from the norm. It seems like every time I go there in the drive thru I have to remind them that I need napkins and sauce. A number of times it seems they have a short memory when it comes to condiments.
