The restaurant was very dirty, they didn't start making my order until after I got there, and the staff made verbal remarks about the size of my order (only a bowl, quesadilla, and guac&chips... Not a large order). anyways, the staff lacked customer service skills, there was something like a bug frozen INSIDE the ice. clearly, the ice machine here is barely cleaned and the staff needs more training on professionalism.

They almost gave us the plate without the meat, 15 dollars for each plate and counting the pieces, shameless thieves since they don't serve what you pay for, I will never return to this establishment

I went there when it was not busy and asked for fresh rice. She told me it was fresh…I worked at chipotle from the ages of 16-20 years old…the cilantro was black, an indication the rice was made or sitting there for a while….and she continued to lie to my face when I called it out. Either deny my request for fresh rice or get me fresh rice. Don’t sit there a lie straight to my face…I worked here I know what it should look like. On top of that, the chicken was basically shredded, not cut into 1/4 inch cubes. Sloppy work, they would not have passed in my kitchen as grill master. Staff is clearly not trained properly and it shows in food presentation and customer service. Chipotle needs a revamp in food service, no one takes accountability or pride in the food they are making being appetizing and appealing to the eye. Which is what chipotle should be proud of. Awful location. Just avoid it.

I ate here frequently but after seeing flies in the back of the store and staff seeming unbothered by it I’m very concerned to eat here again.

You should check- up everything before you leave out the store if you order online. I ordered the kid meal with apple juice but nobody said about maybe out of apple juice.... Usually, I pick- up then Go...
When I arrived at home, I got one empty small water cup!!! ???
Why not milk, or chocolate milk ,those are better than one empty cup..
I always trust this store and ordered it here but right now if I need to take time to open the paper bag and check if all the meals are there. it's really inconvenient. ..

I went here today at 7:16 to get my normal chipotle bowl. Chicken, white rice, corn salsa, sour cream, and a little bit of lettuce. Always when I order I say, “can I get…please” ALWAYS! When going to choose my choice of meat, which was chicken the employee proceeds to give me around seven pieces of chicken. Scooping them shaking off the chicken! I understand that today was dress up in a Halloween costume and receive a $6 entree which I proceeded to do. But I feel that if I’m paying for a $3 bowl a $6 bowl or a $10 bowl that I should get my moneys worth. I asked for a little more meat and she said “extra” and I said yes. But not until I saw my receipt and it costed me $10. There was no point of me even dressing up to get a $6 entree. Which is what I came for with all due respect. Also when going to pay I went to scan as a chipotle member and the cashier a man gave me attitude. He has said $10 and said to click on the screen which I did and I said “excuse me what do you mean” and he gave me attitude saying that he said to tap my card or whatever I’m paying with.” And then I asked if the $6 worked with me scanning and he gave me attitude saying yes. I do now have a good full bowl that I’m goofily going to enjoy tonight but sadly eating it while paying $10 when it should’ve been $6. Just because I asked for a little more chicken that should’ve been provided the first scoop. Not the second. I hope you look over this and feel and consider what I’m saying with respect. I’m hoping for a refund of my $3.85 extra I payed! My extra tortilla was also forgotten. My tortilla that I payed for on the side. She asked if it was mine and I said yes. Yet it wasn’t in my bag

I saw how they prefer some people to put more. I made a large order and they put very little on each dish and I think that for the price it is better to go to a restaurant to eat something more formal.

I've been a loyal customer for seven years and I am very disappointment on my last visit.
I visited and ordered two bowls on October 14th 2024 at 7 pm.
Depending on who serves you, they will SKIMP out on you.
In the beginning, a kind lady with purple hair was helping me (she was great). However, when she handed the bowl to the next person (older Hispanic lady in her 50's) I asked for extra salsa (she didn't give much). Therefore I asked for more, but she barely gave me a scoop. I didn't want to argue any more so I moved on and asked for corn. She only gave me 1/3 of a scoop. I asked her for more and she gave me a little more that it basically made no difference. I knew at this point I could not just let it be.
I am disappointed with how I was treated especially by one of the managers who just complained saying that I already got enough. If I was being unreasonable by asking extra everything, I would understand.
This has been an issue with chipotles across the nation, they skimp out on you since they want to reduce expenses (resources, time cooking, ect.). However, as a customer, I believe we should get what we pay for.
Shout out to the great employees that give modest amount. I do not plan on coming back for a while (if ever) due to this negative experience.

The food at this location is better then anyone around the area but the customer service has to be at all time worst. Rude, lazy, act like they don’t want to work. The floor is a MESS no tables wiped down. Employees vaping outside coming back in not washing hands. I stood at the cash register to pay for 5 minutes before someone came. Takes way too long. My chips were stale like they have been sitting out since yesterday morning. This location needs a lot of help and I hope to god they get it soon because this is absolutely aggrivating.

2nd closest location to my work but everyone in my office goes to this location rather than the closest one because they are consistent, if you order double meat you actually get it, they are always on time with your order. Hell this location is better than the one by my house.
