I came to the reviews to see if my situation was rare. Seems like it isn't as there are other reviews of how rude the employees are. This has been on my mind because I have never experienced such blatant attitudes in a resturant setting. I keep trying to figure out and am wondering if they are just rude people or do they just hate their job. They slung the spoon fulls of food in my bowl and when I finally got a smile at the end it was a condescending smirk as I had to please ask for the salad dressing which in turn was thrown in the bag which flipped the lid off and spilled all over. Every single worker in the line was rude except for the tall male employee who was on the cash register. I drove away thinking I will never go back.

The service is not that bad but the food is bad i got a bowl with barcoa meat d thwy did not add any meat in stead i got a big chuck of skin it was very gross the portions are very small you should went someone to inpect about the food the tables were very dirty the seats were a mess with trash on them and i got 2 bowls for 30 sum dólares and they barely added anything .

Very inconsistent with food quality from time to time. They'll hire a bunch of new teenagers it seems, the youngsters don't really put care into both the amount of food and quality of food. Today I was getting a veggie bowl and I myself already excluded like 3 to 4 ingredients, and the guy was still hesitant to give me lettuce and guac for my veggie bowl and showed straight up apathy. Also brown rice was undercooked and hard, will probably cause my stomach to get upset

The employees at this location were extremely rude. I was patient while explaining what I wanted in my bowl, but the staff at the rice and guac stations were speaking to each other in Spanish and not paying attention to my order. The portion of guacamole I received for a veggie bowl was very small, and I had to ask multiple times for more. Even after explaining that I don’t understand Spanish, they continued to speak in Spanish and ignored my requests. The overall attitude was disrespectful and unprofessional and their stations are mixing food with other containers

I love chipotle, but this location service is horrible. They add bare minimum of ingredient.. especially, veggies, guacamole, salsa , etc .. When you ask for it , they talk in their language and says something to other lady and make faces .. wont go again to this location.

Today I ordered online for pickup and grabbed my bag of food and hoped in my car and upon arrival at my destination i got out with the bag and the bottom of the paper bag fell onto the ground with one burrito bowl busting open on the ground. The bottom of the bag was wet and not from being in my car so the lovely employees must have put it on a wet spot. Can we say plastic bags like most carryout or delivery bags.

Attitude of ‘Mayra’ at this location was very unprofessional!! This was my first time at this location. I ordered a chicken bowl with half honey chicken & half regular chicken. The price of the bowl came out to almost $17. When I inquired about the price of the bowl I was met with neck-rolling, sarcasm and attitude about how I ordered double honey chicken. I did not. The other employees just stood by like onlookers and know one intervened. Very unprofessional!! I was charged for double honey chicken. This was insane. I will never go back to this chipotle. Not only is there a disconnect on what to charge the customers, but there’s a disconnect on how to respond respectfully. I’m not understanding why these businesses expect customers to continue to patronize their business, spend money and deal with attitude. DO BETTER CHIPOTLE

Smooth Operator

Well it's obvious that the portions are far from what it used to be. There was a time when chipotle was a guaranteed filling meal.not anymore, they do give you alot of rice. But as for protein you can tell there very sparing with it. This was my go to once but please understand there not going to give alot of food anymore.

I asked for less rice more protein, they said they couldn’t do that and gave me less rice less protein, and said I had to pay extra if I wanted more. Asked if they could fill the bowl up and they gave me just a little bit more white rice and didn’t ask for what I want. Paid 11 dollars for this 💔

Absolutely poor service. Lady putting the bowl together could care less what we ordered. Asked for black beans and was given brown. That's not a big deal but she just slung the ingredients in the bowl without any care. Then apparently the lid wasn't sealed on the entire contents of the bowl leaked out, causing the bottom of the bag to blow out. All I got out of this experience was wasted time and aggravation.
