I stopped by soon after the Lake Ridge location opened and I am completely excited this is so close to my home! I’ve been twice now and the drinks are great and so is the food. I’m a little bummed their food menu is til 3pm but I’m still love it. Took my niece and she’s only 9, but said it’s so ESTHETIC. 😉 it is!

A cozy spot, my go-to when I'm craving an Asian café! I enjoy their open-faced sandwiches and their sweet drinks! It's small, intimate, and cozy — a wonderful place to go when it's warmer and a nice feel on rainy days. I always love a good Christian establishment and good quality service.
My fiancé and I stopped in the day after Christmas on our way to Bristow Manor. There were two ladies working; both very friendly and quick (remember it was the day after Christmas, so they probably would’ve preferred to be home). I tried the banana bread latte and egg & cheese sandwich on everything bagel. They were great! The latte actually tasted like banana bread and wasn’t too sweet. We loved our sandwiches and they were packaged perfectly to bring on the golf course!

Nice local place for coffee. Nothing beats a locally operated coffee shop done right. Hopefully they can do just that.
Also don't expect fast service during busy hours. Quality is usually not fast and fast is usually not quality. Looking forward to future visits.
Update: It's been over 4 years and Cuppi is going on strong. They have a great menu of items and their coffee is superb.

Cuppi Coffee is such a great spot! From the moment I walked in, the friendly and welcoming customer service stood out—it really adds to the experience. The food here is absolutely delicious, and their healthy fruit juices are so fresh and refreshing. I also couldn’t get enough of their pastries—flaky, perfectly baked, and full of flavor.
The only small downside is that this place gets really packed, especially during peak hours, so there’s usually a bit of a wait. I’d recommend timing your visit carefully or ordering ahead if you can. Even with the wait, though, it’s totally worth it.
Bonus: ♿️ Accessibility is no issue here as it’s located on the ground floor, making it easy for everyone to enjoy.
I can’t wait to go back and try more from their menu. If you’re looking for a cozy spot with amazing coffee, fresh juices, and mouthwatering pastries, you’ve got to check out Cuppi Coffee. It’s one of those places that makes you happy you stopped by, and I already know I’ll be coming back again and again. Highly recommend!

Cuppi Coffee is right down the street from us. We absolutely love it. They have an amazing selection of coffee, tea, smoothies, and other drinks, including Korean coffee, tea, and drinks. My kids always get the macarons, and I get the ham and cheese croissant with an iced mocha. Can't wait to try the other dishes! The atmosphere is fun, clean, and comfortable, and the people that run the shop are very friendly and courteous. We love it!
My wife also comes here to interview potential hires for her pediatric dentistry clinic, as well.

There were four employees, but only one was making drinks. The store wasn't busy, but my order took ~7 minutes.
The dalgona latte was absolutely vile. The foam at the top tastes like burnt instant coffee and Marmite. When I told the associate I didn't like the drink, she suggested to stir the foam into the milk. I tried, but it didn't help much. I wanted to ask for another drink, but the employees seemed standoffish. I ended up dumping my drink in some bushes.
I recommend the Tous Les Jours Cafe instead.

I ordered hot oat milk and a bagel with cream cheese. It came to 9-something and I added $1 for tip. But turns out that the associate didn't add the extra charge for the oat substitution. I saw her in conversation with two other associates in low murmurs for some moments before one of them said to take the conversation to the back. A different associate came to speak with me, apologizing and saying they needed to charge me for the 45 cents. I asked why they couldn't take it from the tip. She said that's not how the tips work. I reasoned but the tip is for good service and they'd made an error. (In effect they should take from the tip because I wasn't getting good service.) The three different discussions took so much time that my bagel wasn't very warm by the time I got to my car. The oat milk was fine. However, I will not be coming back here. I'll go to a bakery for a bagel and drink next time.
