Needs updating. Seemed understaffed, taking a long time for a small order and no one there when we arrived. One lady sat on a counter in back on her phone the entire time. The person serving us was very polite and friendly. Sad there is no decaf option for anything. Food was well prepared and tasted great.

By far the worst duck donuts I've been to. Ordered a sandwich on a donut and look what I get for their pricey food. The sandwich I ordered at other duck donuts did not come out looking like this

Great, unique donuts but they are incredibly slow when they get even the slightest bit busy. Online orders are regularly 30 minutes late so plan accordingly.

I got a pickup order from this location today and was thoroughly impressed! The 2 employees immediately greeted me and got my order. One asked if I wanted whipped cream and explained how my milkshake's donut was separately boxed which I appreciated. Both told me to have a nice day on the way out too! The milkshake was so creamy, and the donuts were so soft! I'm usually not a fan of cake donuts and prefer yeast, but these were the best cake donuts I've ever had :) Thank you!

I get there at 8 o’clock on a Wednesday morning hoping to get a coffee and a quick breakfast before work. When I walk up to the register the employee tells me that the fryer is warming up so it will be about a ten minute wait before they can even get started. I said didn’t mind. I also asked for a coffee and he told me that they hadn’t brewed any yet so there would be a wait for that. I didn’t mind. Then I sit there for another fifteen minutes watching them fumble around with the fryer until they seem to get it in an operable state. But then the girl operating the fryer seems to have never used it before and has to redo the donuts. I ended up leaving without actually getting my order. Thanks for nothing Duck Donuts!

I had never been in Duck Donuts, and a surprise it was .. The donuts were made while I waited, and I am so glad I waited! Fresh, warm, soft, and incredible tasting donuts that I ever had ! Do yourself a favor and try Duck Donuts ? ?
This place needs a leader. Guys taking orders and just standing around. People not getting their coffees while the donuts being made. Incredibly long wait for everything. Sandwiches not being made while the donuts get made so the donuts are done but the order is incomplete. It's like they all expect someone else to do it but hey, it's just three of you here so communicate! And owners I get it, you want young kids to work but someone needs to be here providing some leadership. Every customer is frustrated and leaving out of this place thinking "If these weren't kids I would be complaining." And they turned off online ordering, so this is just walk in customers!
