Needs updating. Seemed understaffed, taking a long time for a small order and no one there when we arrived. One lady sat on a counter in back on her phone the entire time. The person serving us was very polite and friendly. Sad there is no decaf option for anything. Food was well prepared and tasted great.
I got a pickup order from this location today and was thoroughly impressed! The 2 employees immediately greeted me and got my order. One asked if I wanted whipped cream and explained how my milkshake's donut was separately boxed which I appreciated. Both told me to have a nice day on the way out too! The milkshake was so creamy, and the donuts were so soft! I'm usually not a fan of cake donuts and prefer yeast, but these were the best cake donuts I've ever had :)...
I had never been in Duck Donuts, and a surprise it was .. The donuts were made while I waited, and I am so glad I waited! Fresh, warm, soft, and incredible tasting donuts that I ever had ! Do yourself a favor and try Duck Donuts ? ?
