Lots of urine on the toilet. Asked for a sandwich, they didn't put on top a piece of bread. My sandwich became a baguette. Cheese and bacon became stuck to the wrapper. Despite paying and waiting for food, got very dirty looks from staff. Do not come here.

Literally the worst. It doesn't matter if they have 2 or 10 people working....they are slow and they skip orders which is annoying. I shouldn't have to wait 10 minutes for a plain old coffee when there is 6 people behind the counter and the I'm only customer in the store. Then get my luke warm coffee AFTER the person who comes in and orders while I'm waiting. This happens Every. Single. Time.

I've had a couple of bad experiences at this store. The first time, I ordered an avocado toast, which I know well from my regular orders at Dunkin', but it tasted spoiled. On another visit, I ordered egg and cheese croissants along with other items, but I only received two croissants but charged for three. To make matters worse, the customer service was absolutely terrible. The employees were laughing in my face when they were discussing my issue with the other employee in a different language. In the end, they told me my current order didn’t include the croissants, so they couldn’t do anything about it. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

They had a blue cleaning rag on top of the donuts. When I pointed it out, the cashier pulled the rag off and threw away two donuts. I said, “the whole thing needs to be thrown away.” So she picked up the tray and set it to the side. I had to persistently tell her to throw them away. If she was this resistant with throwing away donuts then they are not looking out for the health of the customer. Very gross and disgusting.

I have never been compelled to make a review before my experience at this store. I ordered a large iced latte, when I got my drink it was filled half way. I went to the register and asked if they could fully fill the beverage I paid for and they where confused what I was asking for, they attempted to offer me ice instead of the drink. I have never been so flabbergasted by an experience at a store.

They need to change menu description from "Avacado Toast" to "Avacado Bread" as they don't toast it whatsoever. When I've asked for them to "please toast it, like the description" they get defensive and say "oh so you want extra toasted??" to which I reply "no thanks just regular toasted, like it says on the menu". I guess it's my fault as I've ordered this bread the past 2 weeks straight and am disappointed every time. Today the bread wasn't even warm and I picked up right when order was ready. Hopefully they see this and fix what they are doing. I'll even update my review to 5 stars when that happens, I promise!
