Food is great. Customer service is not so good, I ordered an Horchata water, but it tastes like straight peanuts. When I told the lady behind the counter, she gave me an attitude like the water was coming out of her paycheck. All I wanted was an exchange for something different the whole time I was there waiting for my food they kept mumbling and speaking in a little circle, while looking at me and friend.

Like a taqueria in the esquinita.
I tried the tripe, carnitas tacos, sopes.
The lady asked me how I wanted the tripe and they delivered perfectly.

Only if you speak Spanish. Tried to get a take out order, and asked a question about taco fillings. She looked confused, as she had no idea what I was saying!

Fantastic spot for a taco or a sopa. We've been deprived.of a good taqueria for many years and now that we've moved we're catching up on lost time by surveying all the spots close by- this is as good or better than my old favorite spot. Don't sleep on the tres leches cake.

I've been trying different food trucks and mexican food places, this is the CLOSEST you're going to get to the taste of California Mexican food that I've had in the year I've been living here in VA. Welcome home transports lol. 10/10, lots and lots of grease, and yet don't cave in and eat in your car, get home and it'll still be the best thing you've had in a long time.

This is a hole in the wall. This place has authentic tacos and burritos. Their salsa bar is a great addition. Definitely recommend this place. The burritos are huge! Very fast and friendly service. Prices are extremely cheap for the amount of food you get.

I’ve only ordered their tacos but the tortillas are super fresh, the portions are good and the people are super friendly.

My memory was of better food. The Burrito that I ordered was bland, chicken was tough and chewy. Over priced at $10.99 with NO side of chips and salsa. In these challenging economic times, I would like more value for my money.
An employee said that the restaurant has had (3) owners since 2021.

Lo mejor de lo mejor muy rico todo

If you want authentic foods that can be found on the street in Mexico, this is the place for you!I have been in Mexican restaurant industry for over 25 years, but it's hard to find one like this. I am so glad to have them here in our neighborhood. Their tacos and pupusas are just great! The place seems under renovation. However, you can still get the best Mexican food no matter what. Please try and don't judge by look.
