Service was slow, but the attendant was pleasant. I kept in mind that they had to make the meal while I sat in my car and waited because I was using the drive-thru. Also, I was particularly grateful to have the benefit of a drive-thru! I checked my order before I pulled too far off and everything was very accurate. As I was checking my order I was swamped by a horde of geese that apparently camp out in the pond that's just to the right of the drive-thru Lane! Beware!! 😵💫

I’ve come here three times and had a horrible experience each time. I love Panera bread but this is definitely the worst location with poor working staff rather incompetent to say the least. Either they make you wait unnecessarily long when obviously it’s not busy or have messed up my order multiple times. When they messed it up and I came inside they were just hanging around while and clearly saw me but still refused to assist. I’m appalled at this service honestly.

Decided to try their green goddess avocado toast just to find a bug on it that was moving. Very disturbing and disgusting especially while pregnant.

New place. Nice staff. 2nd complaint by me because the food is not up to standards. Ordered a tuna fish sandwich and basically ate a lettuce sandwich with a light coating of tuna. Was suppose to meet a friend there tmr for lunch but not now.

I was upset that there is a place that greets customers so rudely. I talked about pickups and they didn't even check my order message and they didn’t understand. Don't give your guests your personal tantrums and stress. Where I was treated like a begging person after paying my own money. Inside the order bag was bread that I had ripped off by hand. A service that seemed to handle junk food fries.

I placed an order today (3/13/25). When I received my order my bagel pack was all tossed in together. It was all mixed with silverware, and cream cheese containers all in one bag. Some of the bagel looked broken from being all tossed around. When I called Julia picked up the phone and didn’t give me a solution she told me “what do you want me to do” . I told her well you aren’t giving me a solution. She then proceeded to tell me I will give you a refund. It’s not about the money. It’s about quality of service and problem solving skills to the customer. I would have been ok with an alternative solution if given. I would have been fine if she would have apologized with a solution aiming towards bettering her service such as speaking to her team members and ensure it doesn’t happen again.
I wanted to bring this up to their attention as someone who was going to consume the bagel is allergic to onion and this is not hygienic.
