I called the shop to order pizza but I got hung up on. The worst part is that they heard me say “hello?” and then hung up. I’m really upset with how rude the customer service was. I didn’t call once but multiple times. Please make sure in future y’all hire better staff.

FOOD POISONING!! I was a regular costumer and this Pizza Hut was my go to pizza place whenever I’m craving for a pie. And yesterday I had a half cheese and half Italian sausage. This morning I woke up with FOOD POISONING, I was in so much pain and as I’m writing this, my stomach is still making noises. I’m looking through the reviews and I read that someone else got sick just recently. I should sue y’all. Safe to say, I’m not coming back, I’m going to Dominos. I hope y'all get investigated and SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN.

We have waited over 2 hours and still have no pizza. We’ve called and are STILL waiting. This has happened before. This location sucks.

Ordered 3/17 around the afternoon. Within an hour I got cramps, within 2 hours diarrhea, and the rest is history… FOOD POISONING. How do I know? Doctors told informed and it was the only thing I’ve eaten all day until getting home. Please check your ingredients or practice safe preparation. Even my friend got sick from here.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!! Pizza was delivered as if it was carried on its side….toppings everywhere, pizza was all on one side squished. Worst customer service, got hung up on. This is how I received my pizza, I wanted a new one delivered but it was only one driver….and then when I was told I would be refunded, I was told there wasn’t an email confirmation to be sent and when I asked for the girls name, she hung up on me. Tried to call back, no answer.
I will never order from here ever again.

I come here so much over the past 10 years and always love it but not tonight. what ever guy was working the register 12/03/24 at 6:45 was just so rude. He first tells me my orders gonna take a WHILE then tells me it’s been ready for 15 minutes then I asked for a fork for my boneless wings and yall are out during dinner rush and the dude just ignores me like he doesn’t care. I should have returned the food then. I get home because I can’t eat without a fork and the flings are cold and soggy so I just threw them out. I’ll never come to your pizza hut again after almost 10 years.

I always go in super late, midnight to 12:30. Usually place my order online, sometimes I forget, (Brenda, I think a manager) knows me by name and my order, has even brought out to my car when i get there, and assists with other things. For a pizza place that try’s to keep it cavern like, the location is really clean, and staff is super nice.

This message is strictly to the branch owner, I used to work in pizza shop more then 3 years in my high school time and specials were on my fingertips your front desk order taker is the worst its like she is forced against to work her will no idea of specials different sizes and way rude behavior i told her clean cut she had no idea i would recommend after this review you should not just say her one time but rather i would recommend getting a better order taker for front and phone call if you want to make money rest i would even give 1 star for customer service but pizza itself pizza hut always the best. Thanks

I rarely leave reviews but this lady that work Friday nights made my day . She has never let me down . Literally the best pizza I have ever had my entire life . Literally . She is very very nice and the pizza is something else . I have left a small tip and I knew the pizza was gonna be that good I woulda multiplied it . That's how good is the pizza . I will keep coming back every Friday night to treat my self after a hard week of work .
Food was fine and order was well prepared. We did carryout of a big dinner box. Lady who was at the counter for pickup loudly announced "no tip" upon our selection. I didn't realize a tip was required when doing pickup since we didn't have a server or driver and paid for the pizza so I found this to be strange and very off-putting. Probably will not visit location again.

We're big Pizza Hut fans and have had great experiences with this location, food and service have always been great. Wanted to also say the delivery driver yesterday evening (6/1) was AWESOME. Got our food way ahead of the ETA, which was very much welcomed with the kids.

Update on 3/5/24.Just came from Pizza Hut in Bristow. I went inside to pick up my pizza. The place was empty. After waiting a minute, I saw two guys in the kitchen. I called to them and tried to get their attention but they couldn’t hear me. I tried again and the guy saw me and walked up. I told him I was there was for my pizza. As I said this the bathroom door opened and a guy walked out. Before he even handed me my pizza he looks at me and says in a disrespectful tone that the next time I come in to keep my voice down and stop yelling and just sit there and wait until someone comes up. I was like … huh? I looked at the other guy and asked if I was loud or rude and he agreed with me that I didn’t do anything wrong. The dude continued to complain and started saying that all DoorDash drivers do this and he doesn’t like it. I looked at him and said I’m not DoorDash. I’m here to pick up a pizza for me and my wife. He kept yapping and I was like … it’s you that has the problem not me. If you walked into a restaurant and it’s empty and then you see two people in the back then anyone would try to get their attention. I am NEVER going to this location again. The pizza was cold, dry and hardly had any toppings despite being a supreme.
