I called the shop to order pizza but I got hung up on. The worst part is that they heard me say āhello?ā and then hung up. Iām really upset with how rude the customer service was. I didnāt call once but multiple times. Please make sure in future yāall hire better staff.

FOOD POISONING!! I was a regular costumer and this Pizza Hut was my go to pizza place whenever Iām craving for a pie. And yesterday I had a half cheese and half Italian sausage. This morning I woke up with FOOD POISONING, I was in so much pain and as Iām writing this, my stomach is still making noises. Iām looking through the reviews and I read that someone else got sick just recently. I should sue yāall. Safe to say, Iām not coming back, Iām going to Dominos. I hope y'all get investigated and SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN.

We have waited over 2 hours and still have no pizza. Weāve called and are STILL waiting. This has happened before. This location sucks.

Ordered 3/17 around the afternoon. Within an hour I got cramps, within 2 hours diarrhea, and the rest is historyā¦ FOOD POISONING. How do I know? Doctors told informed and it was the only thing Iāve eaten all day until getting home. Please check your ingredients or practice safe preparation. Even my friend got sick from here.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!! Pizza was delivered as if it was carried on its sideā¦.toppings everywhere, pizza was all on one side squished. Worst customer service, got hung up on. This is how I received my pizza, I wanted a new one delivered but it was only one driverā¦.and then when I was told I would be refunded, I was told there wasnāt an email confirmation to be sent and when I asked for the girls name, she hung up on me. Tried to call back, no answer.
I will never order from here ever again.

I come here so much over the past 10 years and always love it but not tonight. what ever guy was working the register 12/03/24 at 6:45 was just so rude. He first tells me my orders gonna take a WHILE then tells me itās been ready for 15 minutes then I asked for a fork for my boneless wings and yall are out during dinner rush and the dude just ignores me like he doesnāt care. I should have returned the food then. I get home because I canāt eat without a fork and the flings are cold and soggy so I just threw them out. Iāll never come to your pizza hut again after almost 10 years.

Usually place my order online, sometimes I forget, (Brenda, I think a manager) knows me by name and my order, has even brought out to my car when i get there, and assists with other things. For a pizza place that tryās to keep it cavern like, the location is really clean, and staff is super nice.

This message is strictly to the branch owner, I used to work in pizza shop more then 3 years in my high school time and specials were on my fingertips your front desk order taker is the worst its like she is forced against to work her will no idea of specials different sizes and way rude behavior i told her clean cut she had no idea i would recommend after this review you should not just say her one time but rather i would recommend getting a better order taker for front and phone call if you want to make money rest i would even give 1 star for customer service but pizza itself pizza hut always the best. Thanks

I rarely leave reviews but this lady that work Friday nights made my day . She has never let me down . Literally the best pizza I have ever had my entire life . Literally . She is very very nice and the pizza is something else . I have left a small tip and I knew the pizza was gonna be that good I woulda multiplied it . That's how good is the pizza . I will keep coming back every Friday night to treat my self after a hard week of work .

Food was fine and order was well prepared. We did carryout of a big dinner box. Lady who was at the counter for pickup loudly announced "no tip" upon our selection. I didn't realize a tip was required when doing pickup since we didn't have a server or driver and paid for the pizza so I found this to be strange and very off-putting. Probably will not visit location again.
