I used to be a regular here at the Bristow location, Due to the what seemed to be a decline in management I had stopped going. Recently I decided to stop by as it was hot and I figured I’d give it another try. I have a lot of allergies so typically I feel like an annoyance having to clarify over and over what I can and cannot eat. I was immediately greeted and the young man Anthony who claimed to be the manager was beyond helpful and patient with me. Will definitely be coming back.

The customer service and quality of the smoothies has significantly decreased at this location since the recent change in management & staff which is really unfortunate as it is doing a disservice to the brand.

Got a bowl and it’s so frozen I can’t even eat it. Waited 20 min for my order and now another 10 and still can’t eat. Paid 12 bucks for a frozen popsicle.

Not a great experience with the manager. I go to Smoothie King in Bristow often and the staff is great. However, the manager did not know how to apply the free Friday member upsize promotion. He blamed it on a system error (that only my order was experiencing). As the manager, he should of easily been able to refund me the difference but didn’t seem to know how. He did provide me coupons for 2.00 off my next visit but only because I pressed the issue. He also let me know the prices reflected on the in-store menu were out dated and incorrect. If that is true the in-store menu needs to be updated!! Not the best Friday morning experience!

Requested almond butter on a smoothie bowl, because I have a peanut allergy. The owner/manager just kept huffing and repeating "no, peanut butter" over and over again to my husband and I, as well as talk over my husband to read him irrelevant menu items. He was very rude and the other employee there wanted to accomodate us, but didnt want to get in trouble it seemed. Our bowl was only half filled as well.
