The older woman working this morning must really hate her job. She was so slow that everyone in line left after 20 mins while she worked on one persons refresher. I could have gotten a faster 3 course meal from Ruth’s Chris.

Came in for the first time. The condiment table and all the counters were dirty! Looks like they were never cleaned. Poor hygiene.

Usually very quick to make my drink. One employee is amazing. I ordered using my AAC app + while most people look down on me for not speaking he was very patient for me to type everything out, didn't rush me, + treated me equally to people who ordered verbally. I'd give him 5 stars. The store overall gets 4 bc I've had a few encounters where my drink wasn't blended well enough + I got big chunks of ice that ended up watering it down a lot.

The coffee is usually pretty good but recently I went there at 8pm because their website said that this location closed at 9. When I got there all the lights in the Starbucks were out and we found a worker who told us they close at 8 so their website is wrong.
They were overwhelmed and I never got served. Had to walk out. They kinda argued about who was going to take my drink order. It was very strange. After about 10 minutes I just left. Didn't want to make a scene. Starbucks in Fairfax near the hospital

The coffee is usually pretty good but recently I went there at 8pm because their website said that this location closed at 9. When I got there all the lights in the Starbucks were out and we found a worker who told us they close at 8 so their website is wrong.

This place is so slow. We have been here several times with maybe two people in line and have waited to get our drink over 20 minutes. Just walk over to Dunkin Donuts there quicker.
