I can tell some of the veggies were left over from several days before. Some of them looked old and the bread was not fresh. It was soft but flat and flimsy. The service was ok.

The service in this store has been consistently unhelpful. Cashier has no knowledge of the Subway app, when asked how to pay with the subway gift card. Staff had no clue and not willing to help. This store is located in a close niche community with many kids and family stop by throughout the day, but the staffs are not friendly. I tried to avoid this store when I can.

I was in the mood for a turkey sub and I work in the plaza, so I walked over. First thing I see when I walk in the door is a big sign advertising their footlong pretzel. Well placed sign and it looked good, so why not? I got that and the sub.
When I got to the register, I ask the nice young lady that was helping me if she had the cheddar cheese sauce (that was on the menu) for the pretzel. She had no idea what I was talking about, so she asked an older gentleman (who, it turns out is the owner) about the sauce. He comes to the register and asks what I want. I say it again and POINT TO IT ON THE MENU. He mumbled something to the young lady and
WALKED AWAY TO HELP ANOTHER CUSTOMER! Wait...what??
So that left me and the girl just looking at each other. We were both so confused, like...I guess that's it? No cheese sauce?
And that WAS it, because he never said anything else to me. So I left the pretzel, took my sandwich and left.
Too damn rude and weird for me wth??

I asked for my sandwiches to be marked with what has jalapenos for the last 6 times. But never was it marked. Also the sandwiches taste the poorest here. I hate it that this is the closest one.

If I could give them a zero I would . Went in there on today 8-21-23 and all veggies to go on sandwiches was rotten and you could literally see it. I mean just nasty and I reported it to management who looked like he had just been drinking and still served it to other customers. They are looking for a lawsuit. Talking about this is all they have to serve. I am calling the food service authority, the better business bureau, every one else this place and or management needs to be shut down. Spoiled food being served. Wow.. horrible.

I went in for a salad, but the two girls working there barely spoke english and they made me a small bowl instead. Also they apparently need sharper knives because they could hardly chop up the meats. Worst of all, the quality of the meats, cheeses and produce was subpar. Do not recommend. Instead go to nearby Jersey Mike's, where the quality and service is much better!

Had a great experience with the owner. The delivery company forgot my drinks, but couldn’t get anyone. I called the owner and she immediately took care of everything and very responsive and courteous.
Good food and great service. Both young ladies who were serving customers were pleasant and professional. Enjoyed my steak and provolone cheese sandwich very much. Thank you!

Avoid this subway… the lady behind the counter was wearing AirPods…. The other lady decided to stop halfway through making our sandwiches to full up her cup of water. I was a manager at subway for years, these two were the worst employees I’ve ever seen!
