The customer service at this location was extremely disappointing. Despite there being two employees on shift, my online order experience was frustrating. When I arrived at the store, Irfan, one of the employees, checked the time on the online order receipt and noticed it was placed just three minutes prior. Instead of starting my order, he told me to wait and went back inside, completely ignoring my presence. I ended up waiting for 10 minutes in the store before the other employee, who had just finished assisting another customer, finally took care of my order.
I would not recommend visiting this store when Irfan is on duty.
