We ordered delivery the other night. The food arrived hot and in a reasonable amount of time. We did notice that the prices had increased dramatically (greed-flation). What we found when we began to dine was extremely disappointing.
The tom kha soups were spicy, and they didn’t have many ingredients. Very little chicken, mushrooms, or coconut milk. Plenty of lemongrass and curry…a bit heavy on the curry. But the soups were all very watery.
Next came the crab rangoons. They were cooked well enough, but, once again, the dipping sauce was watered down.
Finally we get to the entrees. The pork with steamed veggies was okay. We asked for it not to be spicy, and they made sure the dish was as bland as possible. We had to add soy sauce just to make the food taste like something. The pork was badly overcooked also. The red curry with beef was requested to be seasoned “mildly.” It tasted fine, and had plenty of kick. But the beef was overcooked and chewy. And the sauce was as watered down as the soups.
Sorry, Thai Peppers. You’re going to have to do much better than serving watery food if you want to keep your business open. We won’t order from here again.

Been going to Thai Peppers for years. I noticed recently that the To Go Containers have changed and are now quite a bit smaller. For $16 per item, it's now just a bit pricey for what you get. The meal size no longer fills me up and I refuse to purchase two meals when they are that price. I completely understand you have costs you have to pass on but I think I will exercise my right to go elsewhere from now on.

We genuinely like supporting local, family-owned businesses, and I’ve been a regular customer here for around six years since moving to the area. They know us well, as we’ve been frequenting this place for years. If this is how long-time customers are treated, it only shows that something has gone seriously wrong. I won’t be going back.
My last few visits were disappointing, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried one more time, only to realize the place seems to be on a steady decline.
It was hard not to notice the difference in how people of different races were treated. This wasn’t just my impression. Everyone in my family felt the same way after seeing how we were treated compared to another family of a different race.
The portion sizes have become extremely small, with prices that feel unreasonable for the portions, the type of restaurant, and the overall ambience. It came across as borderline greedy. When I asked why a $12 salad portion was so small, I received a rude response saying that this is simply how the portion is supposed to be.
As a family, we’ve collectively decided to stop coming here. It’s unfortunate you just lost a long-time patron.

We ordered online last for pickup. Three entrees and one app was $81, so it was definitely pricy. We noted after the fact that the online order process automatically added a 10% tip, which we brought to the restaurant's attention and they did not address. When we got back and opened the food, we found that the app was VERY overcooked, and one of the three entrees was wrong. We ordered Pineapple fries rice (which comes with shrimp), and then paid $5 to put chicken on it....and when we got home there was chicken with no shrimp.
Overall a very underwhelming dinner, and 100% not worth $81.

I ordered mango sticky rice for takeout, and upon receiving it, I was shocked to find that the mango was clearly not freshly cut, as I was informed over the phone. The quality was far below what I would expect and it raised serious concerns about food safety and potential health risks for my children, who were luckily spared from consuming it. I understand that mistakes happen, but the blatant misrepresentation regarding the freshness of the ingredients is unacceptable. Providing customers with inaccurate information regarding food preparation undermines trust and could have had severe consequences. My primary concern is the potential for foodborne illness. I hope you will address this issue immediately, reviewing your food preparation and customer service protocols to prevent similar incidents in the future. While I understand that profitability is important, I believe prioritizing customer health and safety should always be paramount. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and implement the necessary changes to ensure your customers receive the quality and honesty they deserve. I will not be returning to your restaurant. I encourage others to exercise caution and be aware of this incident.

I used to come here quite often and then I stopped. Recently, I thought I would give it another try. There are other Thai restaurants in the area, and I will just stick with them. The food here is good, and can be very good, depending on the day that you visit. However, the reason that I stopped coming the first time is now, sadly, the reason that I will not be back -- the service here is just awful. They pick and choose who they want to be nice to. Sometimes it depends on when you actually arrive in the restaurant and whether or not they want to take a break at that time. I think it all really just depends... Regardless, I have been really disappointed in their attitudes and lack of friendliness. It has been totally inappropriate in a service industry. If anything, they are worse now than they were before. 😮💨😒

The food I received from my delivery on Uber Eats was absolutely disgusting. Foul tasting would be putting it nicely. I ordered the duck rolls and the pad Thai. I couldn’t even get past the first bite. I haven’t been this disappointed in a while. The noodles were clumped together like a brick and the duck rolls were everything but edible. I likely will not return. The quality is unacceptable and I’m nauseous.
