I had my kids birthday party bought 4 colossal pizzas, and 2 cheese sticks. Every item in my order was burnt. I have called this location everyday asking to speak with a manager and I get told he will be in the next day at 11 or that he will reach out soon. I have received no call. I spent alot of money and really wanted to communicate that when people drop that amount of money to maybe not burn every item but management clearly doesnt care about customer serivce or quality of their work. Would not recommend.

I would not order here. It is way too expensive. No offense to the people working there, the guy seemed nice. But I ordered a SMALL two topping pizza for takeout and the total was almost $25 I think it was like 23 and some change. That is absolutely nuts for a SMALL pizza Especially being a chain pizza place. I could’ve ordered two large pizzas and some wings and a Coke at Domino’s for almost the same price.

I’ve been getting pizza from this Vocelli’s for years but this may have been the last straw for me. Hadn’t ordered from the location in about a month so I decided to get myself a pizza for lunch today. When I got home I opened up the pizza box and was shocked by what I saw. The cheese wasn’t fully cooked at all on the pizza. I had to take the cheese out and eat just the crust and sauce of the pizza.

Let me start by saying, I’ve been ordering from this restaurant for the MANY years I’ve been living here. But the way how these prices just keep going up and up is Ridiculous. The ”deals” aren't how they used to be just like many other things.
In a span of a few years, a lunch special went from 7.99 to $12 for a small pizza. AND that’s just pickup!!!! With delivery fees included this is just crazy! I truly missed how they operated before but I feel like I should just order/pickup pizza from a different restaurant.

I moved to a new area and this was the closest pizza joint. They have only failed me 1 out of 10 times with quality, (my Stromboli was overcooked and significantly smaller than other orders). I’m now a devoted customer with their app and will never go back to the ‘fast food pizza’

My family and I love Vocelli's, hard to try anywhere else around. We've had their pizza, calzones and others and we've never been disappointed. Their food and staff have always been great for us, we'd definitely recommend trying them out!

Ordered at 8pm, it says they left at 8:26 with the pizza... over an hour later and no pizza. We ordered an hour before they closed... so now they are closed. No pizza that we already paid for....

Walked in to the restaurant at 9:05 wanting to order and the young woman refused to serve us just making a nasty face and saying we close soon. 25 mins before closing at a takeout place. Bananas.Vocceli’s has great food. This person is just lazy. Can’t judge too harshly by one lazy person.
Very rude lady. I called at 9:10PM she said next time if I call 15 min before closing she won't take the order unless I order for delivery, I said you don't deliver to my house, she said ok. I asked at what time did I called? she said you called at 9:10 I said, well that's more than 15 min, she said close to it and turned around.

Pizza is really good honestly my favorite pizza to eat just wish one was close to my house. I got one supreme and a meat lovers and it was delicious.. also had a steak and cheese sub and that too was also delicious.. will definitely be going back multiple times while my job site is around there.( I work in construction)
