We ordered quite a bit of food, and 3 out of the 4 sets of wings we ordered were wrong: wrong flavour, wrong count, wrong type. We didn't find this out until we got home. I get our order was big but come on, y'all, it was pretty straightforward. How do you miss 10 wings in a 15 piece?? The timing to get the food was to be expected, and the gentlemen on duty were courteous, but the errors we had with this order were problematic to say the least

I didn’t want to leave this review but it bothered me so much tonight that the “manager” would lie to my face like she did. I placed the call at 10:11pm as I was headed there pulled up at 10:14 right in front so I seen everything they were doing. I knew I was early so waited until 10:24 to go inside. I tell him I here for a pickup order they look at the order and proceeds to tell me that it will be 15 minutes so my response was you just told me 15 minutes on the phone and then the manager says no you just called four minutes ago and I’m going back-and-forth with her like no I didn’t. I told them cancel my order that hasn’t clearly been placed and that I will be reaching out to the general manager because this isn’t the first time you’ve done this to me a month ago I ordered 30 wings. She hands me 10 wings and I show her the receipt as if I was lying to her so as I’m leaving out, I’m telling her I’m gonna contact the general manager and she yells, I am the manager and laughs. This place is so unprofessional, especially her. I’ll let it slide the first time when I had to wait 45 minutes definitely wasn’t doing it this time. There has to be a way we have to get in touch with corporate. This is such a bad look on this area.
