My sister and I ordered from here last night, my order was correct while they gave her the wrong type of wing (she ordered boneless, got bone-in). This wouldn't be the end of world, but she got SEVERE food poisoning a couple hours after, threw up all night, and is still extremely sick this afternoon. I called and the manager said they cook with timers so theres no way anything could be undercooked, so its probably a cross contamination issue. The atmosphere here is nonexistent on top of that. Just go to the one in manassas if you want wingstop, never going here again!

So I’ve eaten here before and it was good. I ordered a few days ago and the food was awful. I ordered garlic Parmesan fries, and it literally looked like somebody just dumped dry Parmesan cheese on top of them. The wings were just old tasting. Very disappointing

This place was so clean and so nice it was such a good place and the food was good
Wingstop was disgusting communication was terrible, no one could clearly explain my order, and the place felt completely unprofessional. I literally watched chicken get dropped on the floor and then picked up and thrown back into the fryer, which is beyond nasty. The whole experience made me lose my appetite and never want to go back.

This is the worst wing stop I’ve ever been to. Ordered the lemon pepper and hot honey and the wings were so unseasoned I didn’t know which were which. When my wife went to pick up and asked for the order they hadn’t even gotten the ticket out like they’d forgotten mobile orders existed. It’s been the same thing since they opened. Don’t waste your money.

Awful experience. My son walked in and placed an order. He was not told a time for pick up. He waited 20 minutes went inside to check. They said 15 more minutes. Fine. Waited. Came back. They have given the order away to some one else! Then they do not take accountability and suggest someone else from his party must have picked it up! I will be writing to corporate and requesting a full refund. No apologies no urgency to remake the order… awful.
