i placed an order for delivery online. sunday, november 24th @5:20pm estimated the delivery to be at 6:05 pm. it was 6:40pm when i decided to call to check on my order i called over 10 times no answer. i went to the restaurant @ 7pm and to my surprise it was closed!! took my money & i was left with no food. extremely disappointed

Visited on a Thursday night. Service was excellent. Waiter great, good manners, timely and personable. Loaded tots were on point, hubs pizza looked good. And my son’s wings looked yummy! Could have heated the chicken Alfredo a little longer. Center was cold. They happily heated it back up. Karaoke was ok, some good some not but all TOO loud. You couldn’t hear each other at the table or the wait staff. Maybe dial it back a notch and sing on! Waiter, same fella showed our son how to throw and was great with him. It was a little pricy for a night out but a good time.

In my opinion and experience is bad place for Hispanic. I went with my husband to this place and the services is really bad. We ordered one beer and pizza and 30 minutes later, it was nothing of my table even water, nothing! And this day the place was empty. In my opinion is not no good place for Hispanic.

They don’t like Hispanics,we wait half an hour to get a can beer that I never get ,,we wait for our pizza 1/2 an hour ,,the place it was empty,,we never get pizza ,, the oven it’s big and they can fit around 10 pizzas maybe ,,the last pizza went out it wasn’t even our pizza ,,I was thinking recommended that place because I live closer to it ,,but is a waste of time ,,worst place ever..never go back again ..

Went in there on a Friday night and there was no hostess,no waitressand no one else for that matter to direct me on wherever to pick up my takeout order. The meatheads working supposedly at the bar were inebriated and stuffing subs down their mouths and conversing loudly with other drunk patrons and not paying attention to their jobs whatsoever. The one guy bartender just looked over at me like I didnt belong there and continued stuffing a whole hoagie or panini down his gullet. Finally-after walking around the bar for about 5 minutes looking totally lost, I had to walk back to the kitchen to find out where to pickup the order. The cook then says GO TO THE BAR and I quickly responded I've already been to the bar and no one is working and doing nothing besides jaw jacking! Unbelievable! I If I could give this place a-5 I would because that is what it deserves! I'm a Broadway citizen and wont be back Jack.
That's the 3rd time I've walked in and then walked out. No hello from the staff. I just stand there waiting to be seated and all the workers just look the other way. It's not even crowded. Like maybe 7 people. That guy behind the bar has issues because he looked at me frustrated and made me feel like I didn't exist. That was the last try.
