Purchased two āTitanā turkey foot long subs. Both were mobile ordered and made incorrectly. One had mustard that was not supposed to. The bread type was also swapped on them respective to the ingredients/toppings. Also specifically asked in the comments to be cut in thirds, not halves. Only one was cut in thirds, and neither was cut all the way through (just a quick slice through the top piece). Very lazily made. Ridiculous when these subs cost over $12 each. lol. Come on. Much rather spend my hard earned money at Jimmy Johns or Jersey Mikes if this is going to be the caseā¦..(better subs anyway). Subway yāall need to get your act togetherā¦.funny thing is, I used to work for Subway back in my high school / college days, so I know what Iām talking about. Proud of my sandwich artist daysā¦lol. I never made a sandwich lazily like this. ANDā¦.weāre supposed/asked to tip as well??? Iām done with tipping on crap prior to getting the food/service. I will happily tip post-service if correct/adequate. GG.

Door says opens at 7 mon-fri, online says opens at 7 however showing up at 7:30 to a locked door does not feel very open at 7. Maybe hire better staff who can operate a store during its hours or actually fix your signage

Twice ordered online, was notified that my food was ready, when I showed up they didnāt even start making my food. Ordered my food 20 minutes before I showed up and itās still not made? This is truly unacceptable

I'm not a huge fan of Subway. Maybe I ate it too much years ago but nowadays it's just okay to me and I think it's way overpriced for what it is. I have lived in Rockingham County for a year now and ordered from this Subway a few times mostly online. I've never had a problem with my online order. The staff is always friendly and one time I asked one of them what the sweet onion teriyaki sauce tasted like because I had smelled on a sub for a brother-in-law once and she gave me a small sample of it on a condiment cup lid.
I have yet to eat in but the place has always been clean.

I would not recommend this store for online orders. As this is the second time now they've taken money out of my bank account but yet I never received my food. My boyfriend went to pick it up and they told him they didn't have it when he went outside to grab his phone to show them the order they locked the doors and closed. According to Google they don't close til 9pm and it's 8pm when it all happened. Poor service.

Will not be going here again. Three times now they have messed our online order up. Food was a complete disaster when we went in there. They also put my sub on the cutting board WITHOUT any paper underneath of it. Asked for extra mayo didnāt receive that. My sonās sub was burnt to a crisp. Itās close to home but not worth our money thatās for sure.
