I'm not a huge fan of Subway. Maybe I ate it too much years ago but nowadays it's just okay to me and I think it's way overpriced for what it is. I have lived in Rockingham County for a year now and ordered from this Subway a few times mostly online. I've never had a problem with my online order.
The staff is always friendly and one time I asked one of them what the sweet onion teriyaki sauce tasted like because I had smelled on a sub for a brother-in-law once and she gave me a small sample of it on a condiment cup lid.
I have yet to eat in but the place has always been clean.

Subway has renovated recently and is kept very clean. But offers a few tables to dine in.

I would not recommend this store for online orders. As this is the second time now they've taken money out of my bank account but yet I never received my food. My boyfriend went to pick it up and they told him they didn't have it when he went outside to grab his phone to show them the order they locked the doors and closed. According to Google they don't close til 9pm and it's 8pm when it all happened. Poor service.

Will not be going here again. Three times now they have messed our online order up. Food was a complete disaster when we went in there. They also put my sub on the cutting board WITHOUT any paper underneath of it. Asked for extra mayo didn’t receive that. My son’s sub was burnt to a crisp. It’s close to home but not worth our money that’s for sure.

Bread was dry and hard, my sub had 2 pieces of bologna and 1 very thin ham slice

My husband and I pre ordered our food for us and the kids. Pick up time was supposed to be 7:30, my husband showed up at 7:35…. Our order wasn’t even remotely rightly…. All the employees were all just standing around. The subs that were made, were made wrong. And they didn’t even make the kids food yet… Needless to say we were extremely unhappy.
Ordered 2 subs they were great! also got a rotisserie salad ,not sure how they make a salad but there was hardly any chicken it was on bottom with cheese

Terrible experience this evening.Placed an online order for two subs and a churro.Subs were ice cold, like I was really confused. Toasted was listed for both. Had 0 condiments when we wanted mayo and Parm vinegarette..Called to let them know and they said all was done correctly.. absolutely not. Let me bring the subs back and asked for them to make new ones.No new ones were made they said they would toast and add condiments.I get home and they're DRENCHED in mayo. I scooped 3 tablespoons of my son's sub. we literally could not eat them, had to trash and son cries.And we never even received the churro from the start!! Lol the girls laughed and wouldn't even give they're names.Waste of time and money and gas. 0 customer service. Yuck
