The Hummingbird Bistro Food Truck & Catering Company

I worked with The Hummingbird Bistro team on my wedding in 2023. They were so accommodating to our tastes, and open to traveling outside of their typical radius. They were a delight to work with, and the food was incredible! All of our guests were very happy with the meal!

I used Hummingbird Bistro for my daughters' wedding and from the moment I reached out to them, they were very attentive. They answered all my questions and had really good options. They stayed in touch with me and updated me when they received the payments and right before the wedding as well. The food was amazing. Everyone at the wedding talked about how good the food was and the group of people serving were the most politest group of people ever. I will definitely use them again for any future events.

I couldn't say enough about how exceptional The Hummingbird Bistro has been as the caterer for my sisters Wedding. From the jump, they were kind, eager, and accommodating and that carried over into the event day as well. Donnie was wonderful to work with, super friendly, and fantastic about getting back to me quickly with any questions I had or changes I wanted to make. They were professional and personable and even boxed up everything for us before they left. The food was also amazing and received so my compliments from the guests. If I ever have a need for another catering experience I would 100% make this my first and only call. They were exceptional and made our lives so much easier on my sisters big day! love this food truck!! they are so affordable and run by such nice people. they're food is quality and I will always order food when I see you guys. you were at showalter's Orchard last time I had your food, you had ran out of fries, my little girls favorite and as soon as you had more you brought her some, for free! and they were so good. thank you so much!!

Donnie Owen and his Hummingbird crew catered my son and now daughter-in-law's wedding rehearsal dinner on September 13th. They served 40 people a menu of steak & cheese subs, broccoli salad, pasta salad, baked beans, chips and cherry delight. The food was exceptional! In fact, many guests said the sandwich rated right up with the best cheese steaks they had ever eaten!!! Guests thanked me over and over for contracting the Hummingbird Bistro for dinner. Everyone was more than pleased with their dinner and the kindness shown by the Bistro staff!!!

Wonderful! We went to showalter's Orchard, they had their food truck set up. My husband and I both loved our food. I got a Philly cheese steak-very filling! my husband got a cheeseburger. Their fryer was down at the moment so we couldn't order french fries for our little girl, as soon as it was up and running, they brought us a plate of fries, for free! It definitely added to the great evening. Will be eating your food again soon and will recommend to those around!
