Was not busy when we sat down. Another couple sat down after we did waitress waited on them first. Took 10 mins just to get menus Service was terrible over 45 mins no food no refills the waitress. Salad bar the lettuce was wilted an brown. Another couple left before we did had wait 20 mins and never got served. Got told sorry we got busy when we went init one person sitting in the corner and us. Not acceptable do not recommend this place at all

They need to pick up the phone if you stop taking orders at 8 then you can stop picking up the phone at 8 anytime before that is not ok and just say you close at 8 not 9 like come on now

Everybody knows that Friday's are a busy night for pizza joints, Well this one us no different. What set Pino's Pizza above the rest was the wait time. No lie, the parking lot was full, the dining room was full, and the phone ringing off the hook and they were still pushing orders out in under 30 minutes!

Very disappointing!! Only one young guy waiting on customers, took close to an hour to get our pizza and it was not the way I had ordered it. If I do go back, I will only order take out!

This place is a joke.....you advertise you are open till 8pm start calling at 7:15 to place an order for a pizza finally at 7:35pm someone picks up the phone to say they are closed. If your hours of operation are 8:00pm then you should be taking orders until 8pm. No choices in Brookneal its a shame.
