The coffee shop close to this store was closed so I came here for their “iced coffee.” It tasted like iced sugar milk. Wouldn’t recommend the ice coffee. The service was very good though

I posted a question in an event and it got ignored, so I posted it again. Still nothing! So I messaged back in November for the same info. They couldn't answer my question then either. It was really unprofessional so we have decided not to give them the business! It really rubbed me the wrong way how this was done and I will avoid this place because of it - and also because they are constantly tagging Main Street Buena Vista in their posts and Main Street BV refused to support or share MY local business because I am not "part of their group." That means I will make an effort not to support ANY businesses in Main Street Buena Vista. These situations are how you alienate customers who would end up being loyal customers. But instead, I will be avoiding Straws and others like it! Merry Christmas!

What an amazing stop. We were driving down the Blue Ridge Pkwy looking for something unique and it was right in front of us. The special drinks are amazing! I’ve never been to a place like this. Amazing different combos of soda with amazing flavors. Come in just for a soda you will not regret it. Limited food choices but overall met our needs of a quick stop. Staff were super helpful and friendly.
Straws is a great concept. It is a soda shop where they can make any drink you can think of. They also have Smoothies if you do not feel like a soda or Lemonade. I got the mixed berry smoothie and it was creamy, sweet enough, and the perfect thickness. I also got the Acai bowl with fruit, granola, and honey. So good! Very filling as well.

This is a nice and relaxing place to be the drink options have a wide variety and they let you change it if needed or if you want to. The baked goods are good too. There are games if you want to sit with friends for a bit while you enjoy your drink as well.
