Went in to get an order to go and it didn't take long at all. Sandwiches were prepared nicely no complaints

Seriously BV, can we do better?!! There is no way I’d allow an employee especially in the food industry to dress like this. Her shirt was rolled up so her belly was hanging out, her visor was on backwards and barely sitting on her head. She did have gloves on but not sure if she changed them because I was so put off on the belly situation. The AC was working so that wasn’t an issue, she was alone so no management present to make sure that things were running properly.

This store is always out of basic items. Placed an online order and very few sandwiches were available! This is a reoccurring problem. I tried to call the store and couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone. I’m not sure chow they are still open!

This store doesn't do refunds and is ALWAYS out of half of the basics. No lettuce, no tomatoes, no BREAD. Whoever is in charge of ordering for the store needs to get it together.

Received delivery and I got a foot long sub instead of 6” which I ordered. I payed for foot long. I got the wrong chips also. I had a coupon for a 6” sub, chips and small coke for $6.46 but when I tried to put coupon code that was on the coupon I got, try again which I did numerous times so I called Subway. I was told that she didn’t really know how to deal with it, but it would work if I came to store. I told her I ordered DoorDash because I couldn’t drive. She said try again and she would call her manager. I tried again and it didn’t work so I called the store back and she didn’t know how to deal with it either. Why couldn’t she charged me $6.46. Instead I had to pay $13.00 plus of course another $ 13.00 to DoorDash, which is no business for that. I am very unhappy and frustrated. Whatever happened to the customer is always right. I guess you’re only right if you go to store, not if it’s delivery!

Went there to get a sub and a pretzel they where out of the butter that goes on the pretzel and the condiments for the sub where very discussing old brown lettuce tomatoes that where no godd not to mention the other toppings. They are not friendly in this sober at all no matter who is working. Don't not recommend eating at this location
