Absolutely filthy inside both the dining area and the restroom. This location has greatly declined over the last year or so.

The worse experience you can have. The employees are incredibly rude, unable to listen and can't admit when they are wrong. If I could give it a zero I acutally would.
Their food safety/handling is horrible.
I caught a terrible stomach virus after eating their food. Fever, watery diarrhea, body aches, and an emergency room visit.
If you go to this restaurant after 6pm and there is no cars in line, good luck with fresh fries. I specifically asked if my fries were fresh. They said yes, but that was not the case. When you spend almost $20 on a meal for two, its not too much to expect fresh fries, and I shouldn't have to ask. But when I ask and you are not truthful, that is disappointing. And then they didn't honor the meal price that was advertised on their menu board. A few weeks ago we went after 830pm, and they didn't have any chicken. Its hit or miss with this location.

BEST restaurant I've ever been to! Highly recommend this establishment, I would go as far as having my wedding here! 10 out of 5, must visit!
Worst Bojangles I’ve ever been to!!!!! The main order taker/lady serving at the window, had a nasty attitude with me because I wanted to place a second order with the AI but did not know that I couldn’t. When I got to the window for my order no one greeted us but continued to walk past the window and look at us, highly rude. When she came to the window she didn’t say anything, I just gave her my card and she proceed to hand me my drinks with no receipt, mind you one of the drinks were incorrect. She left again and then came back to give me my food and that’s when I proceeded to ask for my receipt. The lady popped her neck at me and said what, I asked for my receipt again and she then gave me the wrong receipt which is just the cashier confirmation receipt for the store, she proceed to walk away again and i had to sit for another minute and wait for someone else to come and had to ask for the itemized receipt, the other worker gave me it but the original worker had an attitude in the back, saying I already gave her receipt and continued to look at me through the window until I pulled off.
If you don’t wanna come to work then don’t but don’t bring your nasty attitude to work with you, were you are expected to have kind customer service, at least act like you wanna be there. No one did anything to you, so either quit and don’t come in or come and actually do your job and service people like a human being!!!
From the sound of these other reviews, the place should have been shut down or looked into with these nasty employees!!!!!!

I used to get breakfast here 3 times a week, it used to be an enjoying experience, the man that used to manage this location was great. When new management showed up this place became TERRIBLE.

If I could rate them a zero I would they never have any chicken. When it’s about 8pm.
Food isn’t fresh. They sold me old rice which appears to be from the day before or days before that. The rice was really hard and crunchy. Not edible at all. Their food use to be fresh.. this isn’t the first time their food wasn’t fresh but I wanted to give them another chance. I hope they can do better going forward

Very chill environment. Quiet and the staff were attentive to our needs. The food was fresh, hot and tasty. I would definitely eat at the Warwick location again.

Went to pick up dinner, was informed they had run out of chicken. This is not the first time this has happened. If you have no food available, turn off your outside lights and lock the doors. Sheesh...

The drive thru speaker was an AI assistant, it warned us that one item would take 5 mins to make and we were fine with that. Once we paid, we pulled up to the door to wait for our food and drinks, so the line could keep moving.
