Ordered food off DoorDash. I ordered a chicken biscuit and bo-rounds. The food appeared to be days old and reheated. Bo- rounds hard as a brick, biscuit hard as brick. Terrible food.

Apparently 8 piece dinners consist of 3 wings, 3 thighs and 2 legs. They just throw in leftover pieces now?

It's Bojangles and its in hampton roads where all restaurants are terrible. Depending on when you go the food is either OK or horrible. Customer service is extremely poor like all HRs franchise restraunts.

Sitting in drive through at 9 pm, listening to the employee's complaining that people are still showing up to get food when they dont close until 10 pm and the food tasted like it was cooked hours earlier.

Terrible !! Went this morning three people in the back having a good time laughing dancing we we finally got someone’s attention ten min later the girl comes up front says don’t rush us there are only three of us and slams her hand on the counter I said I understand but we have been waiting ten min she rolled her eyes I said forget it you don’t need more business we will go someone else she said you are right we don’t care about your business so we left will never go there again I would starve first !

The chicken tenders were hard, the fry’s had no salt or flavor, and the sweet tea tasted like strait water and all the food was cold. The lady taking our order never told me the price then proceeded to be a b and just said move forward I got to the window and still no total was told I gave them cash and they said it wasn’t the right amount and finally said the price this place sucked

Today, the drive thru attendant was absolutely rude. She has been rude the past few times I’ve been through. I gave her cash, the dropped it in my had and walked away without a, “thank you” or “have a nice day”. I understand having hard days, but every time going through that drive-through she is a nasty rude person. Will not go back. It’s not even that great of food. It’s just convenient.

Went to this location twice in one day and the lady at the drive through was rude as ever!! So i asked to add biscuits to my order when I got to the window on the second trip..she did inform me that I couldn’t add at the window so I drove around and went inside after I received my order…she was even more rude by telling me “ok I’m going to be the same person helping you..i said it wasn’t an issue who helped me I just wanted more biscuits..long story short she gave me 4 of the hardest biscuits then walked away ..she just needs to stay home because her customer service is trash I probably never return to this location!

Paid almost $60 for food to get poor service and I did not receive all of the food I paid for.
Went inside for lunch around 11:57 stood there for 2 or 3 minutes people were in the back saw me in the front nobody came to help or take my order under New Management not very good as always don't go there

This morning a lady at the drive through just handed the food over as if she hates her job with a passion. They seem to be talking inside and having fun but they dont seem to care about their job. She had a bad attitude this morning. I am sorry but why go to restaurant and spend fifteen dollars for you to give me bad service and bad food?? No thanks. I am driving to Burger King or Hardees to get better food and service.

I don't know what's going on here, but it's definitely changed since the old manager (Mrs. Jennifer) left. The food is not good like it used to be, the service has deteriorated, and just not an overall welcoming experience. I go only for the sides on occasion.

Enough is enough! I’ve been a loyal customer for a while now, but today’s experience was the final straw. This morning, the drive-through attendant was rude, and all the biscuits we ordered were burnt. The lemonade was watered down, and my biscuit egg and cheese sandwich was missing the cheese. To top it off, all the Bo-Berry biscuits I ordered in a six-pack were burnt and hardened.
