I didn't get the night managers name, but she was amazing! I didn't realize that they started closing early, so I wound up going in shortly before their closing time. She hooked me up with the large meal that I needed, and more, even though everything was done and cleaned up for closing time. That's caring about your customer right there and I really appreciated it!

Maybe I’m just in a bad mood because i’m sick, but y’all‘s french fries are the only good thing on the whole entire menu and when I go there and I order my food and I don’t get my french fries i’m gonna be pissed. like I actually woke up this morning and I was like “wow I really want Bojangles french fries” and guess what I ordered my french fries. by the way three biscuits and a french fry a whopping THIRTY DOLLARS and I didn’t even get my french fries I got TATER TOTS. Does anybody on this planet even actually like tater tots? come ONNN

DO NOT EAT HERE!! Service is terrible, Staff are rude, EVERY SINGLE TIME. Have been coming here for years for convenience, you cant pickup your mobile order through the drive through. Even the food is stale in a way. Thought bojangles was just like this, until I went 30 minutes away and had the best food ever. Forget this bojangles, fire the staff, fire everyone

My son and I came into the restaurant to get an order to go after a doctor appointment. We let the staff know we would need a minute to look over the menu. The lady at the register with the bright blue contacts hung over the register, huffing and staring at us while we read the menu. That made me feel uncomfortable. While ordering, I asked for a steak biscuit. She punched in a chicken bo. I let her know that I did not want that, I wanted a steak biscuit. She huffed in my face and rolled her eyes. My son even said something about how mad she was at me. I do not understand why she had such an attitude. I was not impolite to her. I said steak biscuit three separate times. I did not want to pay and receive a chicken bo. Her attitude changed when two men in dressy wear came from around the back. She is a shift lead, named started with a T. The steak biscuit was cold and I ended up tossing it. My son's chicken meal was good though. Please consider talking to her about her attitude--maybe she doesn't need a customer facing job. If these are the types of people Bojangles promotes to leadership positions that says a lot about the company.

After waiting patiently for someone to take my order finally a lady with long locs and big eyes comes up then looks at me like I'm holding her up. I simply asked could I get the chicken sandwich combo fresh she says oh we don't drop one chicken patty at a time I'm like fine I said what about the fries she says yes sure. She never called to the back for them to drop Fries and gives me the cold fries sitting on the front looks me dead on the face and says have a nice day. This place is trash.

The worst Bojangles I ever been to I’ve tried giving Multiple of chances, but service is trash. The food is never cooked long enough. They’ve gotten my order wrong every time I come and have an attitude when I tell them that my order is wrong. and The food is never cooked long enough. Fries are greasy with no seasoning the sausage biscuits are barely cooked They’ve gotten my order wrong every time and tried to charge me more after I paid for my order they always have an attitude in the morning around 7am when I tell them that my order is wrong. I try asking for ketchup and they just shut the window on me, and then when I honk my horn, they just stared at me through the window with a attitude so I now drive over the bridge just to go to the one on mercury blvd

I have to give the employees points for trying, but talk about falling short in all other areas. Manager really tried to get everyone on task but she was working with the C team. Sunday afternoon, drive through, 3 cars in line. Ordered the tailgater. They charged us $4.25 for a tea that was supposed to come with the meal. When we asked to add a Cole slaw at the window no one seemed to know how to do that so we were asked to pull forward. Sitting there waiting while 2 cars behind us drove off with their meals. I finally went inside, only to be told they were out of dark meat, do we want all white? I said ok, then due to a total lack of communication, waited another 5 minutes only to find my order had been ready 5 minutes earlier. Got home and found 5 wings in an 8 piece meal. And the chicken was over cooked and over breaded, yuk. Granted, they appeared to give us the Cole slaw no charge but it was only 1/2 full. Won’t be going back here for sure. Called a bit later to let them know alll this with no accountability, only excuses

Rude and horrible food everytime

Came in to order breakfast. There were only 2 people in front of me. The man at the counter seemed to be having issues with the cashier not ringing his order up correctly. After 10 minutes what I'm guessing is the manager on duty came and took over the register. The next customer ordered his food, was told how much it was going to be and he changed his order that took another 5 minutes to complete. Some kind of obscene rap music playing at the counter. When I got to the counter, I smiled and told the girl good morning. She didn't say a word, just blankly stared at me. I told her to just forget the order, she told me have a nice day as rudely as she could manage. Seemed to be the only thing she was actually good at. What has happened to this place?!? Nothing like it was when first opened. Terrible, unfriendly, downright rude and disrespectful. No wonder the place was about empty. Never again.
