service is HORRIBLE. i didn’t even get to order. pulled up to the drive thru nobody said anything. my father said “excuse me” and the man at the speaker made a VERY rude comment. “i will take you in a moment hold on wait”. when my father stated that that comment was not cool and got upset , they refused to serve us. DO NOT GO HERE. their prices are higher than other bojangles’ and their food isn’t even good.

I was so disappointed in the service I just received at this location. The food was awful it was cold and stuck together. The manager that waited on us was so rude ,we didn't fell safe returning our food for something edible. I am so upset that I wasted all of this money on food I can’t even digest. On top is that we were short changed and had to go back around to get our change. No apologies or anything was given. The general manager in this area should really stop and do a thorough check of the books at this location starting with this morning drive-thru.

The worst Bojangles I have came to. Everytime it's something different this time no tap amd the young lady at the window.was not customer service understanding if you can read between the lines. Had to drive to Bennetts Creek Bojangles and guess what they take tap.

I preordered my meals via the mobile app for pick up. When I arrived at the designated pick up time to get the meals, I was told they didn’t have anymore wings. I did not receive a phone call stating that prior to my arrival. I was already there and the food was already paid for so I substituted the wings for tenders which I absolutely did not want. The staff did not speak a word to me as I stood there waiting for someone to greet me. 1st time there the experience was not pleasant at all.
