I didn't get the night managers name, but she was amazing! I didn't realize that they started closing early, so I wound up going in shortly before their closing time. She hooked me up with the large meal that I needed, and more, even though everything was done and cleaned up for closing time. That's caring about your customer right there and I really appreciated it!
The drive thru speaker was an AI assistant, it warned us that one item would take 5 mins to make and we were fine with that. Once we paid, we pulled up to the door to wait for our food and drinks, so the line could keep moving.
I stopped by on my way home from work yesterday 2/10 and the young lady in the drive thru was extremely polite Tawanda. I ordered tenders, my order was hot, fresh and correct. The young man who brought me out my order was also kind and thoughtful most of all professional.
