I had the shrimp scampi with spaghetti. Had stomach cramps soon after. Our server was excellent . Maybe shrimp stayed out too long before being cooked.

Every time we come here to eat the seafood is cooked to perfection, the servers are extremely nice & they stay on top of things, the atmosphere is laid back and it’s very clean! You’ve gotta try this place if you’re looking for excellent seafood

Food was ok crab dip definitely needs more crabmeat.. but food was not the problem.. The manager Chris was one of the rudest people I have ever met.. I was shock by his behavior… if you have to send anything back for any reason it will turn bad from that point. Understand in business you will have times when a customer may not like something that is no reason to be nasty to the customer. And it was just for that moment his rudest continued through the rest of our time there. He maybe in the position of manager but he does not know customer service…

To be honest I did not want to put 1 star.. I will advise the owner of this establishment to hire another manager.. He is one of the rudest people you can encounter.. at first everything seemed to be going fine until my aunt said she did not like the crab dip, from that point it went down hill. He rolled his eyes at her and when she said to take it off the tab he snapped at her about who was going to have to pay for it.. I was not pleased with mine either because it was mostly cream and cheese. His rudeness continued through the rest of our time there.. i am a business owner myself I will never handle a customer this way. It ruined my sister-n-love birthday for me….

“I visited Dock of the Bay on 03/30/2025 for a birthday celebration and had one of the most disappointing dining experiences. Our server, who claimed to be the manager, was rude and dismissive when we had a simple request. Instead of addressing our concerns professionally, he seemed uninterested and even condescending. Like I stated we were there to celebrate a family members birthday so there was cake and Cupcakes to take home. Some of us asked for Togo boxes and was told that we could not have Togo boxes for food that was not purchased from the restaurant and if we wanted we could purchase Togo boxes. If this was truly the level of customer service from management, it’s concerning. I had high expectations for this place, but after this experience, i will not return.”maybe the Management needs a refresher on how to treat paying customers.
