Customer Service is good but the food was terrible ngl..

This is the worst place to get coffee. The staff, especially the young girls, have terrible attitudes - no thank you or you're welcome. They often get my order wrong and never apologize. The girl who hands out drinks in the morning seems to hate her job; it's obvious she's unhappy. The management should either address her attitude or consider letting her go and finding someone more customer-friendly.
Their coffee tastes burnt, and they're constantly out of items. Overall, the management and staff have horrible skills in making their products and in customer service.
Do yourself a favor - skip this place, or you'll just leave annoyed and having a bad day.

Sometimes it’s very good, but I quite often get a certain employee who has an attitude, always gets my order wrong, and doesn’t understand how to fix my order. If this issue is resolved I’ll edit my review, as I hate to leave one star

Worst service, and availibility ever. I go here almost everyday, and there is always something they “dont have” or the “coffee machine” is broken. Or an employee has an additude. Its always gross (since friends of employees, come in and LIVE on those seats and tables basically) Barely clean ever. How does such a place stay in buisness? If your out of HALF your menu everyday, New management it needed. + The manager is always working those employees to death. Get better, and give refunds.

Been to this location 3 times and every time there has been issues. The employees are rude and don’t know what they’re doing. The old lady with the long hair is especially rude and passive aggressive. She will talk crap about customers to the other employees. After reading the other reviews this is obviously a common occurrence with this location and that one employee especially.

I genuinely don’t know how this Dunkin is still in business. I have gone several times recently with the hopes that the previous bad experiences were just bad days for the store and employees and that my next experience would be an improvement. It’s honestly gotten worse. Every time I go I have to wait at least 20 minutes for my online order that I placed 20 minutes prior. Nothing is ever ready when I arrive. They are always out of something or their equipment is down. The last time I went I placed a mobile order 15 minutes prior to my arrival. I walked in to get my order and nothing was ready I had to stand in a line of four other people for 20 minutes. None of us standing in line were ever helped and everyone walked out. They were getting all of the drive thru orders wrong also and the three ladies working were extremely rude and never acknowledged any of us that were standing in line. I really hate leaving reviews like this but I just want others to be aware before they have the same experience.

I went to DD on a Saturday morning at 7:45 a.m. They had no poppy, sesame, everything bagels. That's totally unacceptable and they need mgmt to figure out how to keep up with their customers demands.

When I went here I ordered the $7 meal. Didn't want the coffee but was told I couldn't swap it out. No worries. I can throw it out and a I got a donut. I got my donut. Had to wait a while. Got my food. Asked for my receipt and they refused to give it to me. One lady said she threw it in the trash and then said she is going to the rest room and the other said she wasn't going to dig through the trash. Very rude and I won't be going back. I even erased the ap that I just put on my phone. For all I know they cheated me on my order and added money to the bill.

My husband and I placed an order, it took almost 30 minutes for it to be finished. The whole time the staff complained and argued loudly, one lady complaining about the way we placed an order (I placed two separate so I could use all my points and deals). They were cussing about us (not at but talking about us to each other) and extremely rude, so plain I h about making our meals in general, and ignoring my husband and addressing Hume rudely when he had a question. When we finally got all our food, it was wrong, there’s no way I’m going to wait for them to fix my food.
