The store appeared to be closing at 2pm ish in afternoon! Hardly no doughnuts at all. Everything in one case with other cases lights off and worker sweeping floor. Very disappointed as my 6yo grandson wanted doughnut holes with no blueberry ones in sight. Wth really. They are supposed to close at 7pm! Just a real let down and on a Saturday.

The kids love their donuts and it’s close. They’re getting better with timeliness but mobile orders still take too long, and they regularly don’t have the items I ordered which is annoying. I’ll probably still be going there though.

How are they sooooo slooooow is wild. It's like they got a bunch of children working there. And I use working very lightly. One car in the window, that was all. Insane, thought it give this lazy hole another try. Bad idea.

Went here this morning before my sons surgery and got a blueberry breeze/strawberry dragonfruit refresher! When he handed it to me i said why is it orange . I get these all the time and they are a purplish burgundy color ! He said not its the right one . My sticker was on it said what i ordered but this was a mango /dragon fruit not what i ordered i know what mango taste like .. now a wasted drink that i paid almost 5. For! What a waste of money. Will not go back here.. idk why its showing red in the pic. But anyways point being it wasnt what i ordered !! The last picture is the right one i got on the way home!!

At 3pm I was informed they have discontinued their pumpkin flavor… kind of crazy in the middle of October to discontinue the main fall flavor.
I ordered the stuff mini bagel bites and they looked bad I opened it the cream cheese was looking like cottage cheese is was cold and they took 20min to make it I also ordered a refresher with sparkling water they made it with their caffeinated mix keep in mind I’m PREGNANT every time I have ordered there it’s super rare that I get what I ordered and today was for sure that last time

Customer service was awesome! Sweet young lady with multi colored nails assisted me and was amazing (I wish I had gotten her name) she happily listed all her available donuts (I was purchasing late in the day) and completed my order with a smile, promptly and accurately. Great place!!!

Customer Service is good but the food was terrible ngl..
This is the worst place to get coffee. The staff, especially the young girls, have terrible attitudes - no thank you or you're welcome. They often get my order wrong and never apologize. The girl who hands out drinks in the morning seems to hate her job; it's obvious she's unhappy. The management should either address her attitude or consider letting her go and finding someone more customer-friendly.
Their coffee tastes burnt, and they're constantly out of items. Overall, the management and staff have horrible skills in making their products and in customer service.
Do yourself a favor - skip this place, or you'll just leave annoyed and having a bad day.
Sometimes it’s very good, but I quite often get a certain employee who has an attitude, always gets my order wrong, and doesn’t understand how to fix my order. If this issue is resolved I’ll edit my review, as I hate to leave one star
Worst service, and availibility ever. I go here almost everyday, and there is always something they “dont have” or the “coffee machine” is broken. Or an employee has an additude. Its always gross (since friends of employees, come in and LIVE on those seats and tables basically) Barely clean ever. How does such a place stay in buisness? If your out of HALF your menu everyday, New management it needed. + The manager is always working those employees to death. Get better, and give refunds.
