The kids love their donuts and it’s close. They’re getting better with timeliness but mobile orders still take too long, and they regularly don’t have the items I ordered which is annoying. I’ll probably still be going there though.

Customer service was awesome! Sweet young lady with multi colored nails assisted me and was amazing (I wish I had gotten her name) she happily listed all her available donuts (I was purchasing late in the day) and completed my order with a smile, promptly and accurately. Great place!!!

coffee is always good. would give five stars but there is a young lady working there by the name of chloe who is nothing but rude and combative every encounter i’ve had with her. all the other workers are always pleasant, prompt and are fast to greet with a smile. unfortunately one bad apple ruins the bunch. without a doubt will be contacting corporate when the office opens.
