Paid 2.20 for extra sweet cream in this drink. Told them it was missing sweet cream and they said it was added. I argued for a few minutes about why it wasn't white like every other time I have gotten it but to get said because it was added to sprite it wasn't white. Honestly crazy they wouldnt just add the cream I paid for instead of telling me I was wrong. They refused to add cream.

Went there Sunday November 9th around 7:15 when we got home. This is what we encountered. Everything swimming in grease and not edible. Called to see if they would replace our order and no one answered the phone.

The food is hit or miss. It's a sonic. We know were not getting fine dining. What is remarkable though is the apathy of the staff and their inability to fulfill an order that was placed with the items requested. I feel like this is a pretty easy concept. You read what's ordered and find the items. It appears that most of the employees are very young and are incapable of carrying on a basic conversation, let alone provide any sort of customer service. You will likely get a grunt as a response and will have the sliding window slammed on you if you ask for anything. Good luck! Hope your not picky.

Just nasty tater tots and the burger just has grease running out of it I can see why they give out mints two the only thing that was ok was the drinks not worth the money are time to go there never go there again

Tater tots were dry but the chicken sandwich toaster was AMAZING!! Car hop was not smiling and walked super slow, was not impressed. As a previous manager for Sonic I was very disappointed.

I got the small cheddar peppers a small mozzarella stick and also a pretzel with cheese. You don't think that that's much of a dinner but I'm telling you I was stuffed I couldn't even eat the pretzel! Everything was very good very fresh and hot! Service was fast and friendly with a smile. They seem to only have maybe two people working but they were jamming it out!

I mean I have lived here my whole life and the last couple times I have visited this Sonic they go extremely slow and then this old woman at the window one day she has an attitude the next she doesn’t. I’m sitting there one car at the window I’m the only car in the drive through. I say hello 3 times and still no response if you can’t multi task as a cashier you might need to go work somewhere that handles at a slower pace like fr please put some younger people in her spot then

Last night around 12am i pulled into the drive through waiting for someone to answer through the intercom speakers , no one said anything for 5 minutes . No one even said could i hold for a second which would have been fine with me. Minutes later someone finally came and said something. Her attitude was very nasty. Bad Customer service !

Instead of asking me to pull forward into the spot like they usually do, they told me to go to the other side and park in the handicap spot. What if someone who is handicap would have needed that spot? Simply crazy. Then I got home and the chicken tenders were burnt. I will go to bojangles across the street next time I want fast food .

I was told my card was not authorized. Went to Bojangles and Tropical Smoothie after. No issues. I have Bank of America and verified my account was not locked while at the window. Employee made no effort to try on a different register to verify there just wasn't an issue at that register. Weird or not trying anything would have been appreciated. I was just told it won't go through as if I was broke and couldn't afford my meal. Which was not the case. Disappointed in the service I just left and went across the street in which my card had no issues.
