Last night around 12am i pulled into the drive through waiting for someone to answer through the intercom speakers , no one said anything for 5 minutes . No one even said could i hold for a second which would have been fine with me. Minutes later someone finally came and said something. Her attitude was very nasty. Bad Customer service !

Came here for the experience, as it has an interesting concept of eating in the car. We liked the service, waited a little long, but it's not a problem. liked the fries and the food is not bad

Instead of asking me to pull forward into the spot like they usually do, they told me to go to the other side and park in the handicap spot. What if someone who is handicap would have needed that spot? Simply crazy. Then I got home and the chicken tenders were burnt. I will go to bojangles across the street next time I want fast food .

I was told my card was not authorized. Went to Bojangles and Tropical Smoothie after. No issues. I have Bank of America and verified my account was not locked while at the window. Employee made no effort to try on a different register to verify there just wasn't an issue at that register. Weird or not trying anything would have been appreciated. I was just told it won't go through as if I was broke and couldn't afford my meal. Which was not the case. Disappointed in the service I just left and went across the street in which my card had no issues.

Very rude!!!! The tv screen would not work and the lady named Carmen if Im correct yelled at my family through the screen!!!! Very rude and the food took a good 30 minutes to come out.

For the last two morning visits my tater tot’s are hard and cold. I tried to call the locations. There is never no answer. I have had to throw them away twice.
