Today I went to subway after not eating it for a while and girl working did not provide good service. She didn’t ask my husband if he even wanted anything and she barely spoke.

Poor customer service, average food. I ordered through the app and was hoping for a quick pickup. They didn’t have some of the food in stock. The least they could’ve done is offer a replacement for the food they sold but couldn’t make, but instead they insisted on refunding the whole order and asked me to buy what was in stock, implying they’d already made it. I did put in the order, then without acknowledging it they helped three other customers. After the last one they said they hadn’t actually made the food yet and that it was in the oven, then gave me the food with barely a mutter. Rude and took longer than had I just walked in and ordered.

Ordered on the app. Got Philly steak subs. Both were not toasted. Couldn't even heat up the meat. It was almost frozen! Worst ever!

I’ve been going here for the past couple years every now and then for lunch. Let me say, vast improvements have been made at this store. The current management is great. Always friendly and always clean.
