I love the food here but whats the purpose of ordering online to cut in line when I had to wait 10 minutes after everyone else that came in after me ordered.I ordered online. Walked to the pickup line and was completely ignored by the high-school looking female. She took everyone else's order. I had to ask for my food.I work alot with 30 minute lunch or dinner breaks. I don't have time to wait and order or wait for food when I clearly see it ready on the counter.Customer service on pickups from the app needs work.

Today I tried to call to place an order like I normally do. Called for over thirty minutes no answer. Called while in parking lot they only had one customer and still they did not answer. I asked said they were busy which as I knew they weren’t because I was in parking lot.Very disappointing.

every time i order from here they never add the edible straw i request. it charges me a dollar (not a big deal, i know) but ive never had my order right from them. it's just really annoying especially after i tip.

I have a chicken wrap and it was pretty tasty I also had a tropical smoothie and it was good and not too sweet I think the sweetness was perfect.
Service and food was very good. My order was ready quickly. There is no inside dinning.

Excellent customer service! I went in asking for a low carb smoothie, and they offered me options and recommendations. I am super pleased with how they cared for making sure I had the right size and option. It didn't take long and was fresh and tasty!

DON'T GOOOOO!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! I routinely gave business to the Carollton location while receiving ONLY subpar service. On this day the manager denied replacing my smoothie after dropping one of the two purchaseddue to my lid not placed on properly. His tone was than professional demonstrating no genuine willingness to assist. Saying to me, Too bad I did not see the lid, I will not replace, good bye, etc...... I understand his thought of not giving the bank away but I was a regular patron due to location.I always knew the customer service could stand to be better. Now I understand why. They do not care about service for you nor appreciate the customers..only your money. The team has a terrible leader and that is bad business and horrible team development. Manager is not leading by example!!! If I could I would rate NO STARS!!!! I will no longer visit the Carollton, Smithfield location!!! I will drive the extra miles for good service and that is not found in the Carrollton, Smithfield location!! DON'T GOOOOO!!
