Went yesterday had 3 subs online order the girl at the counter said she tried to call me bec they was out of roast beef and my son is very picky , they never did try to call i got there at 6pm to pick up my subs mind you they dont close till 8pm. So then my son says he wants pizza sub this lazy girl woupd not get the sauce back out bec she had just put it up. I asked for my money back she then said she could not refund 6.40 for online. I am livid i live 10min from castlewood subway hands down i rather drive 30min to coeburn

The boss is rude and rude to the customers and to her people she is working with. She makes fun of learning disabilities and call everyone slow. The boss yells at everyone for the little things. If you want to come in make sure you don't come when the boss is in she will yell at you if you come in and try to order subway.

Called in a order,it was 4 sandwiches and only 2 were made right.I told them twice extra cheese so they put no cheese. The older red head worker was rude and yelling at customers. When you told her you did want a sandwich toasted she rolled her eyes at you. I asked a question about a cookie she snapped what did you say???. This isnt the first time she acted this way .The other lady that works there is polite and always gets our order right. Its a shame the red hair couldnt taken lessons from her.

The food is fine, sometimes. I wont go there anymore because I have heard and seen horror stories with the manager there. She is down right cruel to her employees and the stores employees and the customers. That kind of disrespect doesn't deserve my money.
The food has always been good, but the customer service today was lacking. With a huge line of customers waiting, the girl named Lyndsey was trying to find anything to do but make sandwiches. The one girl was working her tail off while Lyndsey was going in the back and playing with money and writing notes. I could tell the other girl and the customers were getting annoyed, as was I. The guy behind me even made a comment that paperwork must be more important. Stood there for about 20 minutes?

Very unfriendly, very unwelcoming. The old lady that made my sandwich literally stood there and picked meat off my sandwich because she thought it was too much meat. I looked at her funny and she said sorry 2 scoops. Please please go somewhere else and have your sub made.

I was ordering subs mostly 2x a week, 6 subs at a time, plus would have them cater for some events. Past few times the subs have been burnt, bread hard, different issues....this past time I ordered 6 subs. And the 2 subs that i asked for mayo on they were drowned with mayo. I called and told them offered to bring the subs back in the next day so they could see how they could not be eaten. They said it was ok they would remake them. I called and now they refuse to make them. They dont make them right and they dont stand on their word.i will never order from them again.

Ordered a BMT to take to work...found out they left off the ham and was very skimpy with what they did put on the sandwich.. I usually stop at the Subway on Norton and their sandwiches are much more filling.(B. Johnson)
