I have driven here three times to get ice cream and each time they have been closed. Their hours are different on Facebook, Google, their website, their sign and their answering machine. It’s completely unprofessional and they have lost my business. I came one time on a Tuesday at 2:15 and nobody was here. Hours need to be consistent on all platforms. I will never try again. Waste of time

Visited The Scoop this evening and Madison is nothing short of amazing and professional going from no customers to 15 -20 in 5 minutes. No matter how busy, she greets every person that comes in the door. You might say every teenager does this ..... but that's not true. This is our 2nd visit since 2020. A great little place.

The workers in this shop are very friendly and make you feel at home when you walk in. They have a really great selection of ice cream flavors to choose from and if you can't decide, there's always the option to do a flight of ice cream. You can get your scoops in either a waffle cone bowl or a waffle cone. Either option is great because their waffle cones are made in house and are spectacular! A real treat every time we've stopped in here, definitely worth a visit as well as return visits.

If you want an ice cream parlor that offers everything. Also if you want an awesome place with loads of ice cream parlor atmosphere this is an amazing place to go! It was our first time today I can confidently say we will go back. The variety was wonderful everyone in the family chose a different flavor and everyone loved their ice cream.

Lovely staff, super clean, and cool decor. Only thing I could ask for is some homemade ice cream to show us your stuff and keep us coming back for more.
Wish we could say we liked this store but we didn't. The employee was friendly and helpful.The store itself is rather dark and didn't make us want to stay in it. They do offer outdoor seating, though.They serve Mayfield Creamery ice cream and offer a great variety of flavors. Our problem was that we didn't care for the ice cream at all! Both of our choices seemed very sweet with almost no flavor; even the chocolate bits didn't really taste like chocolate!
