I usually love K&W but we had a terrible experience at the one at Tanglewood mall. The woman at the front entrance was horribly rude and yelled at us upon entering the door. The food didn't look fresh at this one either. We ended up leaving without eating. Very disappointing.

I was there today for the dinner around 5:30pm with my wife. It was our first time eating it there. The staffs were very friendly. The food was FRESH AND HOT !!The young looking manger was an “Outlier” !! What an amazing personalities he had!! He offered us special meal deal which was very affordable. Welcoming smile on his face and the way he was greeting all the customers just wowed both of us. He seems very young, but he knew what he was doing! It’s very rare these days to see young kids like him. And asian looking lady who waited on us was very helpful! I really appreciate the service. I can’t wait come back.

Fried Chicken was greasy, mashed potatoes cold, bread cold, Mac and cheese was greasy. Coconut pie was very dry. Yuk.

I am the Property Manager at a local apartment complex. We had our Resident Holiday Party here and it was by far amazing!!! We had about 75 people and the customer service we received was top notch! The wait staff went above and beyond to make sure everyone was happy and had everything we needed. The large dining area was separated for privacy and accommodated us all perfectly! I will definitely be doing this again!!
