Atmosphere is nice food is alright. Pretty much what you would expect for dinner food. Prices reasonable enough. Service is often an issue not that they're rude but just understaffed. Just sat here tonight for 15 minutes without a waiter or waitress noticing us so we left.

I ordered an Ann Oakley because it sounded pretty good, I wasn't expecting to taste THIS GOOD. If it's breakfast time, and you're feeling lunch THIS is what you want to order. The taste of breakfast, with the atmosphere of lunch. It's filling enough to make me not scrounge for more food, but light enough to not put me immediately back to sleep. It's flavor is also amazing, paired very well with my chilled rootbeer. :)
This sandwich is SO good that I had to stop eating immediately and post a review. 10/10 will order this one and over. YUM!!!

Food is great and a great value, gotta love massive $4 milkshakes and huge portions on everything else. Onion rings, house salad, flatbread, bang bang bacon burger quesadilla, and massive cinnamon roll dessert were all fantastic. Service just agonizingly off and slow. Brought the wrong milkshake and salad, father-in-law's entree took forever, didn't clear any dishes the entire meal, didn't really come back and check on us or refill waters.

New manager is rude and bothered by customers being in this establishment. She's even rude and bothered when she is the one seating customers like she wishes you didn't come. I won't be back until the management changes, we've been coming here for decades and have never seen it this bad.

Manager argued with me over a 2.50 milkshake and a piece of cheesecake. Milkshake was melted and the cheesecake tasted bad but she argued with me and told me she watched them make the cheesecake “fresh out the box” and she watched them make my milkshake after they cooked the food. I have never returned an item there since I started going in 2008. I’m not sure why the manager would say she watched them make my food specifically. Returned the items without a refund. Macados seemed pressed for the $7.50 so they kept it.

There’s no way this place has this high of a rating. The supposed manager is super rude to her customers, food is subpar. Don’t ask for a correction on your food she will deny there was ever a problem.
