Super cool spot to grab some grub. The menu is amazing with something for everyone. It's hard to believe it all comes from one kitchen. They have excellent sandwiches but I've been ordering the hamburgers lately. Super good food, great atmosphere with lots of cool memorabilia on all the walks. Seems clean every time I've been and a few locations around the roanoke/salem area.

We probably should have gotten up and left immediately after being seated. There were ants at our table. The server was excellent but the service from the kitchen was the slowest we've ever seen at a Macados. After finishing our meal I made the mistake of trying to find where the ants were coming from and saw food splatters above our seating and eventually found the sugar packet holder infested. I notified the server as we left. Certainly not what you want in a dining experience.

I ordered online. Took forever to get food. Order was incomplete. Wrong sandwich. I'm sandwich had no bottom bread. Not sure what is going g on at this place but I wouldn't recommend eating here.

We had to wait an hour and forty-five minutes before receiving our food, which I found to be unacceptable. I was part of a group of nine, so I understand that larger parties can take longer to serve, but this was excessive. The service was okay; during the two and a half hours we were there, we were checked on only once, and we received refills just once, despite having empty cups for most of the night. On a positive note, the food was amazing—no one had a single complaint; everything was delicious. So, if you don’t mind waiting, this could be a great spot for you.

Great lunch and happy hour specials. The staff are always friendly. Almost all the sandwiches we have tried have been really good and the portions are big. Love the potato salad but not a big fan of the pasta salad.
Our server was fabulous! Food was delicious and portions generous! Highly recommend.

Sandwiches are their specialty. I enjoy the decor and vibe of this place. It has a tavern feel. They have drinks on the menu, but they can make what you want. I did takeout and it was ready quickly. The staff was nice and helpful. Price is fair for the quality of food.

I'm not sure why this place has such a low score. I've been coming here for several years. I always get decent service and a great tasty sandwich. I had the Little Italy today and there was nothing little about it. They piled on 3 meats, cheese and fresh toppings.
