This place sucks! Has absolutely gone down hill because the people they hire don’t want to work. If you hate your job that bad then quit. We have ordered door dash orders from them multiple times (and yes it’s our fault for continuing to go back, but you would think they could get it right once). Not only is the food they send slop, they don’t even put what toppings their menu says on sandwiches. Absolutely ridiculous that people can get a job and just not care. That’s okay, you keep not caring and see how long it lasts!

Went last night and table was dirty. Ordered a beer and had to remind waiter 15 minutes later. Ordered their cashew chicken salad and came with no cashews or boiled egg. Been to one in Vinton and always great. Never will go to this one again.

Haven't been here in a long time so we decided to go. The place wasn't busy, but for some reason it took a long time to get our food. When it did arrive, her fish tacos were nice and hot but did not look appealing with the extra garnishments that they used to put on them. My nachos were cold as ice! Not to mention how they use the cheap and nasty "cheese from a can". Please note that I took the day off work today because of my stomach being nauseous still. As far as the atmosphere, tables were not cleaned off, debris in the floor and a crumpled up napkin laid in the hallway across from us with many staff members just walking over it until one guy finally picked it up. The men's room was a complete shock. As I walked in the door an overwhelming odor of "piss" made me start gagging immediately. Even though the restroom looks nice, the odor was horrible. This used to be a great place to go to years ago, I cannot say the same for it now which is very depressing. Our visit was on March 24th around 5:30.

I got the chicken salad with roasted cashews which is always delicious. But they always forget to put the cashews on for some reason. ?But the main reason for the 2 stars for Food is that the lettuce was old and ruined the taste.Service was great!

Went to Macado's for St Patricks Day. The workers were dressed festively and the food specials were great! The Corned Beef tasted really good and received a souvenir glass for the special occasion.Parking: Parking lot is in the back somewhat difficult to see from the main street.

Went for St. Patty's. Didn’t get a souvenir pint glass with my margarita as stated. Didn’t get my spicy mustard with my O’Tooles platter. Corned Beef was fatty. My friends Rueben was COLD! Very disappointing!

We went there around 10pm on 3/2/24 to eat. The atmosphere was good, our server, Darah, was GREAT. However the manager (Thomas) was AWFUL. Everyone's food can out fine. Mine came out and the toast was burnt black. So burnt, that you could smell it. I asked to speak to the manager. Our server came back and said he was busy and my food was being remade. I told her to please let the mgr know I still want to speak to him. He came out with attitude and literally talked to me as he was walking around our table (he never stopped walking). Said I'm remaking it and gave me 2 thumbs up. I responded so you made this one and he said yes. Him being the mgr should have NEVER let it leave the kitchen that way. He needs to step out of management bc he has no clue how to provide good customer service. Yes, my meal was good when it came back, but the way he handled his behavior and talked to me was unprofessional.
