This was our first time to OTH chophouse. The service was excellent. Our waiter Zach did a great job! I will request him next time! We ordered She crab soup and grilled shrimp as appetizers. I had fillet with black pepper sauce and my husband had a chicken dish. Everything was very good. The Key lime pie and chocolate torte for dessert were Delicious.
Wasn't a busy night, but service was horrendous. Our waitress was absent for 20 minutes at a time, when other tables had much more attentive service. Steaks were bland and flavorless (seafood was better, but not by much) and the drinks were also lackluster. Dessert was the best part, but didn't make up for the rest of the evening. Highly unlikely to return.

The drinks were very watered down and had too much juice versus alcohol content. The food was very good and delicious. The server was very professional and courteous. Our water was continuously filled. Environment was nice but still a bit crowded. Definitely plan on returning.

We’ve heard mixed reviews and waited to try it. We went last week and it was meh. The water was undrinkable (I know it’s a weird complaint, but it was dirty dish water).The food was pretty good and the drinks were made well. The service wasn’t great for that tier of establishment. The server was like 18 years old and I wouldn’t be surprised if we were his first table. It just wasn’t a fine dining experience.

WAITED 20 MINS BEFORE OUR 1ST DRINK EEVN CAME OUT, SALADS CAME OUT WITH THE MEAL, NO DRESSING AFTER ASKING 2 TWICE, ASKED FOR TRUFFLE BUTTER , NEVER RECIEVED AFTER 3 TIMES ASKING, SERVER COULD CARELESS... ASKED WHY THE HE BROUGHT THE SALADS AFTER OUR MEALS AND HE SAID MY NAD SORRY- AND KEPT ON MOVING!

I’m very disappointed at OTH Chophouse. We may have been a little underdressed (due to my father being in the hospital). We were seated and waited for 10 minutes and not one server acknowledged us. My mother’s birthday was on the 7th and my brother wanted to take her out for a nice dinner due to the stressful week that our family has had. I feel embarrassed that your staff treated us this way. I have eaten at establishments such as yours and have never been treated with such disrespect.I hope that no one else ever receives service like this.I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD.

We waited for a while to allow the restaurant to works out some difficulties that we kept reading about. Overall, not bad. The cocktails were warm and not shaken or mixed with the ice, which we observed being placed last into the glass. One of the four dishes (grouper) was overcooked and dry. The remaining three entrees were great (shrimp&grits: shrimp and scallops over pasta, hanger steak). Service was excellent until the end of the meal. Our server disappeared. We had to ask someone else to bring our bill. The tabs were completely mixed up. Fortunately, both couples are laid back and we are close friends, so we were able to work it out between us. We will try it again with hopes of ongoing improvement.

I was a little skeptic of the OTH with the high prices because I'm a simple girl but to splurge was so worth it! I went for a business dinner with a partner and it was phenomenal! Landon was our server and did a great job! 10/10 recommend!!!

The night of our first reservation, a new manager was present. He was only at OTH a couple of weeks. He spent some time chit chatting with us; we liked him. In any event, the food and service was outstanding. Last night showed us Brian the manager was getting OTH in gear. The Fillet my wife had, and the Ribeye I had were cooked perfectly, just like we ordered. Additionally, we both had the scallops, and risotto; fantastic. OTH is now on our regular go to list.

Exceptional service! Our waitress Peyton was a delight! Food was very good. Loved the baked oysters! But the decor is awful. Leaving the cherry red trim and chairs from Carlos and adding a sea foam color to the walls with a floor to ceiling ocean mural gives the vibes that K&W merged with a cheap Myrtle Beach seafood buffet. Harbor Inn wants its giant swordfish back! It lacks the right ambiance for the menu. Would visit again but next time I will ask to sit in the bar area. Much easier on the eyes

My best friend took me here for my 50th. Everything was absolutely perfect. The food as well as the wait staff was exceptional. I can’t wait to go back. The food was the best I have ever had in Roanoke by a long shot.

We were disappointed with our first experience here. The food was mediocre at best for the price. We expected it to be more authentic, and they definitely set the tone for the meal when they brought out frozen rolls you can buy at the grocery store. Reservations were also made in advance and the only times available were around 4 pm or 9 pm. Normal dinner hours between 5-7 were not available even though they were not busy at all with plenty of open tables. However, the wait staff were very kind and attentive.
