Drive thru took a while. My fries were ice cold, and the bun on my sandwich was hard to the touch. Not a very good meal.
I ate in the parking lot, and the guy who was in line behind me didn't get his food until I was done eating.
The only redeeming quality was the gal in the window was very friendly.
Hardee's has one if the best menus in fast food, and used to be excellent, but I've noticed all of the Hardee's in this region are really bad.

This place is the slowest fast food I’ve ever seen. Waited in line for 10-15 minutes before getting order & having to wait 15-20 mins before getting my food .

No food was fresh. Took a while. Someone dropped breakfast on way out. Still there at 1pm! Many employees walked in and out and stepped over it. Many employees. Repetitively. The last one I noticed was management!

The girls working there today were super sweet, and the food was delicious! Unfortunately though, everything was stuffed into 1 bag, and our food was all squished. The fries were sitting on top of the cold applesauce and were smushed under the burgers. I was also missing some of the food I had ordered. I had to make my little boy a grilled cheese at home because it was left out of the bag, and I didn’t get the fries that came with my meal. I tried multiple times to call so that I could come back sometime to get the food I payed for but didn’t not receive (may have been a busy time), but no one answered and there is no way to leave a voice message.

I love Hardee’s breakfast. However, the last few times I’ve went to the one in pounding mill, it’s extremely slow. The employees are rude. I understand it gets busy, but when I’m inside waiting and four people behind me get food before I do… it’s very frustrating!! If I have to remind them I ordered 20-25 minutes ago, then that’s a problem!
