I love Hardee’s breakfast. However, the last few times I’ve went to the one in pounding mill, it’s extremely slow. The employees are rude. I understand it gets busy, but when I’m inside waiting and four people behind me get food before I do… it’s very frustrating!! If I have to remind them I ordered 20-25 minutes ago, then that’s a problem!

I ordered the Texas Pete breakfast burrito for me and my wife but they didn't put any Texas Pete on them or in the bag and I had asked for extras , that's why I don't like drive thru

The breakfast has got to where I go to tazewell or richlands they give you a egg that is like a peace of paper and you pay so much and the food is never hot specially lunch everytime you eat there it’s cold and if you say something the people act like you so awfull like do your job make sure the food is hot and we get what we pay for go to another Hardee’s don’t eat here

Why does Hardee's even exist. This place is always a mess, the food is always soggy, and the workers seem like they could care less about company moral. Maybe if they actually cooked biscuits all day long, I could have gotten one. You can see them advertised from the road, but ain't no one making them. Back to Bojangles I go

Waited 8 minuteson a sausage biscuit.When i finally got it,it was dryed out.
Granted it was 1200. But gravy was lumpy could not eat, was like water was added

Hardees breakfast is in a league of its own. Delicious. Much to be desired for lunch/dinner though. My Dad ordered a big bag with a double cheeseburger and a hot ham and cheese for his choices. He reports the burger was cold but the meat had been burned on the grill. I chose the chicken tender wrapper with ranch and the double cheeseburger. No ranch was given but no problem. I have some at home. My double cheeseburger? I wouldn’t know. They left it out of the bag. That may be a good thing after my Dad’s poor review on his. Fries were barely warm. All of this and still had to pull down and wait for 10 minutes for them to bring it out. They do maintain a high quality breakfast but not again for lunch/dinner. I’ll drive on into Richlands for Wendy’s instead (pricy but it’s always hot, fresh, and delicious).

Awesome place but when it comes to getting fries there's less then you should get. My mom got a small fry and it was LESS then a small. At least put the actual amount we pay for. Other then that I love the fries here, just wish they gave us our money's worth ??????
