There’s no reason it should be this slow with 5 workers behind that counter. Absolutely no reason. Everyone was nice just slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been too. About 45 minutes for the easiest drink on the planet. Ladies just get some training and try again

I placed my order online for food and a drink and picked it up 8 minutes later. The ladies working were friendly. I’m glad I had a better experience from some of the other reviewers here 😂

There was one employee with long blonde hair looked like a Barbie, she was very sweet and on point thus is when they first opened. But now workers are very lazy and u can tell they don’t wanna be there!

Waiting on the oven to warm up…is there not a location open checklist? Twenty plus minutes waiting on some egg bites…

In terms of service, this is the WORST Starbucks I have ever visited. The staff stands around talking while there is a line of people and while customers wait at the register to be helped. The workers give the vibe of confused and lazy. When they are not talking, they are moving SLOW. Every other Starbucks I have went to, the workers move with some urgency and act like they care. We showed up at 3pm today and they said they were closed for 40 minutes. What!!??? Since when does Starbucks close in the middle of the day and turn paying customers away because they are, “busy”. I’m not surprised, though, this seems to be the way Cedar Bluff and surrounding area folks act in general. Overweight, arrogant, lazy, and rude. It’s no wonder why this region is known to be slow and stupid. You certainly act the part. This location is not worthy of holding the Starbucks name. Never EVER have I seen a store close because (and I quote) “We are too busy.” That’s the most ignorant thing I think I have ever heard! We are busy so we need to close. Ignorant mountain women. When times get busy, you step it up, you don’t close! To the manager: Ask the owner if they’ll pay for you to take a business class because you need it. Backwards place! Lastly, stop standing around gossiping and talking! Perhaps then, you wouldn’t be so backed up. Cabeesh?

Definitely the worst Starbucks I've ever be n too. Sunday at 4 o'clock, waited over 30 minutes and finally had to get a refund. The first time ever to get a refund at a Starbucks. Obviously there is no work ethic at this location.

Jennifer (A very large lady) that manned the register this evening, has to be one of the NASTIEST people that I ever had the misfortune of waiting on me. I approached the counter with a smile, and she said, Did you happen to put in a mobile number? Because if you did, they are not getting processed because I’m alone. Funny thing is, she wasn’t alone. She proceeded to tell me that they had to close today for almost an hour for being backed up. Dear Jennifer, it highly unprofessional to talk to customers that way, and burden them with what clearly is a YOU problem, not a ME problem. If you are unhappy with your job, then quit. Don’t take it out on paying customers you overweight, miserable heifer.

I wanted meatloaf but I would not feed my dog that food! settled for a cheeseburger and I must say, it was one of the coldest, horrible tasting cheese burger I have ever had! Disgusting!
My few visits has been great so far. There was one employee who was very smart about my specific drink, overall it’s been good.
